All the parts were labeled and the instructions were clear, so we had no real issues. The thicker cushions are one of my favorite parts—super comfy but still supportive. The high back makes it even more relaxing, especially if you're on the taller side. I used to have a resin wicker set before this, and while that one was a bit smaller, this new set feels much sturdier and looks a lot more upscale. All in all, I’m really happy with it. We received the chairs in one box and the couch/tables in another on the same day. Though it would be difficult to assemble, but screws/washers were all labeled, as were the parts correctly. Instructions were simple and put together of all items was an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. It's best to have a ratcheting screw drive with the correct head than to use the Allen wrench that came with it. I could see the time being doubled if you had to use the Allen wrench. These are nice when assembled. Sturdy. Cushions are water resistant, as they say. Ours have been rained on and dry quickly with no staining. Really nice deck furniture.

Very nice set that was purchased for our porch. My partner put it together by himself in 2 hours. The metal frame is heavy enough to make it feel sturdy. The cushions are comfortable and the seats are very spacious. Do buy, you won’t regret it

Looks like the picture, looks great on my patio-a little difficult with assembly, took a couple of hours assembling with two of us working on putting the set together. Wish the cushions were thicker-when sitting on the cushions you can feel the back of the chair/love seat-for the price, I am happy.

This is a wonderful set of outdoor furniture. It is a quality unit durable and sturdy. Assembly was easily done by one person over the course of a few hours. The only problem was the shipper who irresponsibly left two heavy boxes at the foot of my steps, forcing me to over under over under the packages to get them where I needed them. The packages arrived at an unspecified time ignoring the times provided by Amazon. I regret not posting this review sooner and voicing my complaints about the shipper only. Be forewarned.

We LOVE these. They are beautiful and good quality without being heavy. It took about 40 minutes to assemble, it was not difficult. It’s easier with two but you can manage with one person. The cushion quality was surprisingly good and the fabric is EASY TO WASH. We have lots of dogs and applied as much dirt as possible to those white cushions. I didn’t even have to use bleach they are so easy to clean! Comfortable, attractive and functional. Great deal.
