The acoustics in my home office were not great - a lot of echo when I used zoom for meetings & presentations. I hung these on the walls around my desk, and they have made a noticeable difference. It's not perfect, but for what I paid, I'm happy with the results. I got 8 of these black panels (2 packs of 4) to line my walk-in closet to use as a vocal recording booth. These panels arrived quickly and expanded to the full size (with nice, squared off corners) within an hour of unpacking them from the vacuum-sealed bag. They don't come with anything to attach them, and the tape squares I bought separately didn't stick to these at all (these panels fell off the wall in an hour while the tape squares are now permanently attached - not as advertised by the tape squares). I'm going to use some use tacky foam glue to attach posterboard strips to the backs of these panels and will then command strip the back of the posterboard strips to the drywall. I haven't done any vocal recording in the room yet since I'm still waiting for the green panels to arrive, but it seems pretty obvious the room is going to sound very "dead" with these fully installed.

The panels glued fairly well to the wall with an industrial spray adhesive from Home Depot. You do have to make sure you spray enough and may have to do touch ups if the walls get warm from the outside in the summer. They're not the most attractive, but you might be able to make a craft project out of that. Price was pretty low given the function. I probably covered about a fifth of my wall space and they did quite well at muting the nasty mid-high frequency flutters.

I didn't measure the delivered panels, but exact measurments weren't critical for my purposes. The panels are substantial and block most of the sunlight and sound of the windows I positioned them against.

First things first..they will arrive, vacume sealed in a package you could fit a pair of jeans in..dont panic! Give them 4 hours to breathe and they will inflate to full usable size with no marks creases or blemishes. I was worried but they inflated to specs. That out of the way, its actually bought these to replace the cushions in my RV couch hideabed. I cannot attest to their sound dampening abuility though I can't see why they wouldn't work great but they filled up my couch like a champ! So full mark for that 😁

NOT FIRE RESISTANT. NOT EVEN CLOSE. The plan was to use this in my truck to help reduce rattles and reduce some of the engine noise and echos. I opened the bag of this and decided to give it a test to see what it would do against flame and verify its flame resistance prior to install for a bit of piece mind. It caught fire and burned. Not only did it burn, the flame would get bigger and more intense. The foam had no resistance to it at all whatsoever. If flame resistance is an issue you are concerned with, DO NOT BUT THIS.
