Fit perfectly into the lava lamp! The original bulb blew out within a couple of weeks. I bought these and replaced the bulb. It’s still going strong and it’s been over a year since I replaced the original bulb.

    • We had given a lava lamp as a gift. The bulb died really quite quickly and these fixed it.

The lava lamp worked when it came. Took month maybe 2 for the bulb it came with to die. I bought these to extend the life of the gift. They work great. I got 4 of them not knowing how soon it would die. The first is still going strong. This is hotter. Not sure if that is good or bad. The lamp is definitely more active with these but it is also much smaller "bubbles" in the lamp with it. The heat is just high enough to be a bit concerning but time has showed no signs of it becoming an issue. I do recommend them. ... show more

Recently my little one complaint that her lava lamp wasn't working. After taking everything in consideration, the bulb was burned. Always check specs on the lamp, since there are different wattages. Order the replacement bulbs, came in expressly and were exact match, fit perfectly. The bulbs are designed with the heat shield. So far , few weeks later , bulb is still on so .... so far so good regarding the lifespan. They look exactly as the old lamp , quality feels decent and since they come in pack of 4 , you save yourself a bit money than buying single lamps that cost more. Excellent value! ... show more
