I felt exactly zero heat come off from this, which was lame. I don't think it even got warm at any point, but it was handy for just support in general. I also wish they offered more sizes. For reference, I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs, so I wear a small/medium. This does allow you to adjust it more than you might think though. All that to say, the price point is incredibly low so you get what you pay for and therefore, cannot whine too much. The support is nice and it does help improve posture. ... show more

This review is for self heating lumbar support strap The way this product works is the panels react to your own body heat and essentially trap it there. While the area does get warm it is not as warm as you would get with an electric heating pad, therefore the amount of relief and heat therapy you get is going to be minimal. I sound the support was comfortable to wear and did help with lumbar support, especially when it came to getting me to sit up straight and correct some of my posture. I think this product is good for elderly individuals or those who may only be able to endure *light* heat therapy in a controlled setting where they are not at risk to burn themselves. As for the size… I am 5’3” and weigh 215 and this belt was comfortable, both the front and back ‘heat panels were placed on my body as they should have been, one on my lower back and one on the opposite side on my belly. I really only noticed heat on the panel on my back. I am a white collar worker who works from home so I’ve been testing this product out daily for about a week, it seems to improve my discomfort throughout the day because it makes me more aware of how I am sitting. I’ll continue to use but this isn’t a product I’d have about or feel the need to recommend to friends. ... show more
