I had the 12v lead acid batteries in my cart before. These are a huge improvement. Big weight savings over the originals. No need to refill them and no problems with corrosion. Wish I would have done this sooner. Cheaper than the lead acid replacements though you do need to buy a dedicated charger. Time will tell how they hold up.

The media could not be loaded. At the time of writing, I have had these batteries in my 2003 EZ-GO TXT Series golf cart for about three months. The cart has a 1900 W motor and 350A controller. I have performed at least 10 charge cycles and have probably gone about 150 miles or more on this set of OGRPHY batteries. I have had no issues with these batteries. Using an onboard current/voltage meter, I have been monitoring charge depletion and current. During takeoff, I have pulled about 120 amps from the batteries for a second or two, during hill climbs about 70-80 amps for tens of seconds, and under normal conditions about 40 amps for many minutes continuously, all without tripping the BMS. In fact, BMS has never tripped for me. I typically only deplete the batteries by 50-60 Ah max, so what should be about half to 60% discharged. Never has that resulted in a dead battery or voltage dropping below expectations. I have also, during low use periods, had the cart sitting for a few weeks without being used or re-charged. That also has resulted in no issues, and no indications that charge was being depleted while sitting. Performance of my cart is still as expected. I have not made any changes to the way I drive, and the cart actually goes about 1 mph faster now (I think due to the significant weight reduction due to shifting from heavy SLA batteries). Build quality and finish of the batteries are good. I have encountered no issues, either with physical construction or electrical output. From what I can tell, the batteries are performing per the specifications, and I have been happy using them in my small 36V golf cart. I am posting a segment of a review video that I created as I went through the conversion process and testing in the weeks that followed, hopefully that will be helpful for you also.

I have had these for 2 years in my golf cart and have had ZERO issues. Honestly, I am leaving this review because I have bought 2 chargers now... and they both broke. Both times the companies that made the chargers disappeared shortly after purchase. I decided to look at the batteries I purchased to see if they were still around and they are still selling the same batteries 2 years later. This tells me that they stand by their product and are still in business. I can say I am very happy with the batteries and this was an awesome upgrade from heavy old batteries for my cart. Other reviews say great customer service, which I have not had to use thankfully. But I feel very confident recommending these now after my own experience.

The media could not be loaded. I swapped out my (6) 8v lead acid batteries in my golfcart with the 4-pack of 12v 100ah lifepos. It dropped almost 300lbs of weight and gave my golf cart an extra boost. These batteries are so light I could carry them all down the stairs at one time! Acceleration is much snappier, top speed, although governed by the controller setting, sometimes hits 1-2 mph over previous, but my biggest thing is that range has increased a ton. I've attached a video showing the battery level after going 11+miles of stop and go driving. Not sure yet how far as I haven't had a chance to do a range test, but definitely notice the battery gauge barely drops in the time I've used it. Also, no more checking the battery water levels! What a pain that was. Super excited about this purchase. If you are on the decision point of upgrading your batteries.... DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

We converted our golf cart over from lead acids and found the conversion simple. The lugs matched existing bolt paterns etc. Theses definitely reduce the weight of the cart and could fit x1 more in the tray easy to add some AH. Our main problem is how quickly the drain after 52 weeks. It started off being able to go 18 holes with battery left over, now it won't go 9.

Golf cart is a 2001 Club Car DS - 48 volt electric. I had previously researched converting Lead acid to Lithium and decided to go with 4 12 volt 100 AH batteries and these had good reviews. Some modifications to the battery trays had to be done to get them safely aboard but theses were easy using a sheet of PCV board I had laying around. Several times the research mentioned a bypass to the onboard computer, but it was already done before I bought the cart. The large weight savings (like my heaviest golf buddy got kicked out of the cart) and instant voltage has increased ground clearance, acceleration, and speed climbing hills. It's early (approximately 35 miles or 72 holes on the course), but I'm impressed.

So I am only 3 days into my new lithium batteries, but thus far they have been a dream to charge and install. I went with a different charger that will charge each battery individually vs. the standard EZGO plug system. the batteries are extremely lightweight, and provide a serious power punch. Our golf cart is just flying right now with the new batteries and almost 300# weight reduction. More to follow as we get to fully test these bad boys out!
