The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: OCT 2024. We had guest over and my son stayed in the room with this sectional. I pulled it out and made up the bed for him. His first night sleeping he rolled over and the entire pull out section collapsed. We tried to check out what was damaged and could see that the entire front panel was leaning and needed to be straight up and down to support the pull out but we couldn’t see what was wrong since the back of the front panel was entirely covered with cambric fabric including where the frame attached to the front panel. In the morning I cut through the cambric to see what happened. I found that both sides where the frame was supposed to be screwed to the front panel there were no screws. Each side has two hole in the metal frame and two matching holes in the wood but NO SCREWS. This panel is totally covered in cambric fabric and there were no screws anywhere which means the entire front panel was held on by cambric and staples. Unfortunately I am past the return date so I now have a couch instead of a pull out bed until I have a chance to try and fix it myself. I bough this for a spare room we use as an office. It’s the perfect size for the small room. I was able to put it together by myself but it would have been much easier with a 2nd person. It’s very comfortable and I now have a place for visitors to sleep when needed.

Buyer beware
Style: L-shaped Sofa
Color: 2-beige
This sectional is the worst thing I’ve purchased on Amazon. Not only is it smaller than advertised (89” vs 97”), it’s also poorly built. After only 3 weeks, it has broken down. One of the rear panels has completely fallen off.

Love it for a show livingroom. Easy to assemble. Great size. Comfy for setting short term. I haven't tested for long term yet.

Almost impossible assembly!!
Style: L-shaped Sofa
Color: 2-beige
Assembly instructions are all wrong. Labels on the parts were incorrect. Order of steps for assembly were wrong. The back seats wouldn't fit in the grooves, had to loosen the bolts that were pre-installed to get it to fit. The cushions pocket were so small it was absolutely torturous to fit it over the back seat. Genuinely the worst assembly I have ever had to perform.

It can’t line up to the wall, and doesn’t fit the corner cause of manufacturing defect

Overall better than expected
Style: L-shaped Sofa
Color: 2-beige
Overall, I am pleased with the product. The assembly was easy, and I appreciated that no screws were needed. The color and look of the fabric are also great. However, I did notice a few minor issues that I believe were likely due to the shipping process. The undercover fabric was partially torn, and the two metal joints connecting the backrest to the seats are slightly pressed against each other, which causes the backrest to be attached lower than the others. Additionally, the pockets of the two back cushions are smaller than the backrests, preventing proper insertion. Lastly, two of the legs had some residue, but that was easily cleaned. I wish there was a possibility for monetary compensation or at least a partial replacement, as returning everything would be quite difficult. The cushions were compressed in bags, and once opened, there’s no easy way to repackage them for shipping.
