I purchased this sprayer after being exhausted by the manual sprayers that didn’t work well and required a lot of pumping. It was more expensive, but worth every penny. I wish I would have purchased it long ago. Not only does it work great, and save me time and energy in my orchard, but the company was excellent to work with. I didn’t open my sprayer for over a month because the weather was still too rainy to spray, so when I finally did open the box I found one of the attachments was cracked. It was Easter, Sunday, but I went ahead and sent an email to the company requesting a new attachment. The company representative responded that same day, which I did not expect at all. Not only that, but they immediately sent me a replacement, and then followed up to ensure I received it. This is the best customer service I have received in ages. Thank you!

Used it 2x so far and it worked very well. Good pressure, no more pumping. Shipping - it took about a month before it shipped. One of the attachments was broken (flower nozzle), but I don’t need that so I’m good. Leaks - my unit did leak. I used water first to check for leaks. Easy fix as the issue was that the clamps at the bottom were not fully tightened. So if your unit leaks and it’s not a cracked plastic, check to see if the leak is coming from the hose attachments. Unscrew the bottom of the unit to see. I used a screwdriver to tighten the clamps (readjusted one cause it was too far from the connection). After that no leaks. Other issues - the strap connection sucks. I thought my unit was defective because I didn't think the connection would just slide in like that. It’s not secure at all. Might use 3m tape or something so it doesn’t just slip off. Overall good. Not sure how long the battery will last. Will update if needed.

Mine leaks out the bottom. Filled it 4 gals, and left it on the bench overnight charging and there was a large puddle on the bench and floor in the morning. The sprayer is leaking inside the battery storage area. Also, the pressure seems low (not measured) because it only reaches 10-15 ft. want to spray the roof from the ladder without climbing onto the roof, but it won't reach the top of the roof. If there is any wind forget it. Works gook for the ground. Nice cone spray nozzle. Updated 3-23-24. Changed from 1star to 3 stars. The company stands behind its products with excellent customer service. If you have a problem just reach out to them.

I don't know what so great about these 200-600 dollar back pack sprayers but this one right here is one awesome sprayer for the money folks!! The only cons I have after the purchase and use is the back pack straps are not padde and the bottom yellow strap connectors could have been made to snap in place and not have the high potential of slipping off. But this hasn't happened and probably won't happen once you have the backpack sprayer on your back. Just a hassle when they fall off, before spraying with it and having to put them back on after they fall off, that's it, that's the only cons I have and I own a $1200.00 TurfEx 12 gallon sprayer and I prefer this back pack sprayer hands down. I am sure these cons probably could have been taken care of in the design process but hey, who am I to complain!!. Did I say this is one powerful easy to operate commercial feeling back pack sprayer? Hey, Maybe they will fix these small cons if enough people say something about it but for sure it is NO DEAL BREAKER because of the strap connectors and lack of padding in the straps. For the great price they offer this for, I'll keep putting them connectors back on and I could always put better straps on it for wayyyyy cheaper then paying 200-600 for one with the same capabilities but more comfortable straps. I would still buy this again and again and again. If that don't tell ya anything, I don't know what else to say. BUY IT, GIVE IT A TRY, AND IF YA DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN SEND IT BACK!! With the adjustable nozzle It sprayed 35 ft. They ALSO send two telescopic wand tubes and an assortment of nozzles, 2 extra lid gaskets, extra back pack connectors if they should brake and customer service numbers plastered everywhere and from what I have read in the reviews this company seems to stand behind there products. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DIYers, residential, and I would even try this out for commercail use. Seems to be well built and worth every penny!! Very pleased so far!!! Really thinking about buying another one just to have for back up and just in case the price suddenly goes up. I'll have one waiting on stand by. I mean, you can literally buy two, three, or even four of these sprayers cheaper then one big box sprayer. All props to NP global for bringing this to market at a GREAT price that really can not be beat IMHO. Don't wait!! 👍👍👍

Opened the box, started charging the unit. Let the unit charge overnight. Next day check, unit fully charged. Took all the attachments out. Put the o-rings on each end of the wand, attached a nozzle, and connected the wand to the hose on the backpack sprayer. Filled the backpack with some water and replaced cap on the backpack sprayer body. All ready for the 1st test. Turned on the electrics and pulled the lever on the handle. The motor came to life, unit primed right way and out comes the spray from the nozzle. No leaks. Easy Peasy. Happy homeowner.

This sprayer comes with a variety of spray nozzles and attachments that make it easy to use for many different applications. I use it for weeds in the lawn, brush killer, insecticide around the house and garden. It easily sprays 25 plus feet to cover trees and reach the eaves of the house. Rechargeable and not sure how long the battery will last but I have sprayed a full sprayer 3 times with no issues. Had some questions for customer service, they responded within the day and provided the answers immediately. Amazon needs more sellers like this!

I love the sprayer part of this, it comes with so many extras that are awesome and it performs wonderfully. The only drawback to this thing is the straps they are literally awful All the way around the adjustment sucks the attachment points are terrible and the straps are the most uncomfortable thing you will ever put on your body.
