Worked 9 months then the nvr/monitor failed, customer support replaced it. Exactly 1 year later it has failed again, emailed but did not get response from customer support.

The night vision on these camera is wonderful ! You can see everything clear , you can hear , they follow your movement . We had a slight problem with the hard drive , but they were so quick to help and get the problem resolved very fast !! Definitely the best security cameras we’ve owned so far. You can talk & set off an alarm . A good value for your money I’ve got to say ! The functionality of these is immaculate. This camera kit is exactly what i was looking for. Super easy to set up with an excellent picture. Automatically saves to the hard drive with no monthly subscription fees. Also for an app for viewing on the go which works great.

Update follows initial review- Awful instructions. Camera range is worse than the 10 year old Lorex system that quit. Actual range in a wooden house with vinyl siding and R-max insulation is about 35 feet. I have one camera that will never work ( it does work inside the house testing). I tried repeaters, wifi antenna cables, and it gets no signal. I want to like this system. The monitor is big and clear. But the camera range is lousy. Tech support sent a generic repeater but it would not pair with the NVR. Not very impressed. So I have a three camera system, where I was planning on adding a 5th cam to the chicken coop to replace an older Lorex. That will never happen. I don’t know of any other company that makes a system with the NVR/monitor combo. Too bad. Update! I asked Hiseeu for a replacement camera because of the problems I had with cam number 3. The camera arrived in 2 days. What a difference! It seems to be an updated model. It installed easily and has excellent range- better than any of the others in spite of being much farther away. I will be looking to add another camera in the future, assuming I get the same updated cam. On the new one, the mounting system is also much better. Bottom line, I had a defective camera and they replaced it with an excellent one. If the new systems all come with the updated cams, you’ll be happy with the system.

This is very good security system and cameras are very clear and if any issues customer service is very helpful. You can download the app so you can view your cameras wherever you are. Was easy to install the system very happy with this product. I added a couple pictures so you can see how clear even at night.
