I've always used a littman pedi steth even though I have a more expensive littman cardiology steth. I have a benign murmur that I discovered with this steth after having used a littman cards iii (and later iv) for years. well worth the $ and i'm happy with the caribbean blue color too

Not much to say, perfect packaging, great stethoscope, love this color too. Wish they had more pediatric colors but the Caribbean color is really a nice color! And for the price you can’t beat it.

This is my second pediatric scope since someone obviously loved my first one more then me and stole it. Personally what I love the most is that it does not have a tunable diaphragm. You can hold it against the wiggley kid and get the same sound you were expecting and the tunable diaphragm does not change the sound. I also use this scope for adult blood pressures and when I want to isolate chest sounds in adults. Its awesome. Personally for me it works better then my cardiology iii. Wish they made this in an adult size without the tunable diaphragm in adults. ... show more
