All the reviews raved on this 110 volt on demand hot water heater. I AM NOT IMPRESSED! The set temp. only makes the water warm, like for hot chocolate for a 5 year old, not hot for sanitizing dishes or even a good rinse on glasses. Now if you manually raise the temp it will get warmer and then the breaker trips. So if you don't mess with the setting it starts out cold, gets warm and then back to cold. I don't even think I can use this in the garage to wash my hands. ... show more

    • We have instance hot hot water.
When the water is real cold we keep the flow slow for it to get hot. This one is a 120 volte. It replaced a 240 volte.

    • On demand water heater
It doesn't get hot in my shower which is less than 8 feet away from the heater. The only place the water gets even a little hot is the kitchen sink which is less than two feet away. They should advertise that it is only for a place on application.
