Delivery: Firstly, my experience with the delivery was very good. I ordered the treadmill on July 3, and I chose an appointment time during the Amazon checkout process (July 8 between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm). Amazon used Pilot Freight for delivery. I had never heard of this company before so I was nervous about any number of potential disasters. But everything went smoothly! The treadmill arrived at 4:00pm (on the earlier end of the delivery window) and despite a puncture hole in the package, there was no damage to the treadmill whatsoever. I thought the free delivery would only include curbside delivery (which is fairly typical of large, heavy purchases) and that I would have to somehow lug it into my house from there. Instead, they brought it all the way into the foyer, which saved me a lot of trouble. Treadmill Assembly: I really hate having to mess with assembly, but Amazon didn't offer the option to have a technician assemble the treadmill. I thought about calling 3G Cardio directly to see if I could arrange for this through them, but decided against it. I had already gone a little over budget with this treadmill and didn't want to add another hundred or so dollars on top of that. I ended up doing the assembly by myself (my husband was still at work, and I was far too impatient to wait)... I am not particularly strong or mechanically inclined, but I managed to do this on my own. It was a pretty straight forward process and directions were easy to follow. Some steps were very difficult to do alone because of the weight of the parts. It would be better to assemble with two people, but I think one can manage it. Treadmill Review: Now onto the important part--the treadmill itself. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this treadmill. It feels really sturdy and, even at higher speeds, it runs very quietly. I wanted more of a commercial-quality feel to my treadmill, and I get that with this machine. Incline can adjust up to 15%, by increments of 1%. Speed can adjust up to 12 mph, by increments of 0.1 mph. I really appreciate how quickly the speed adjusts. Most of my workouts include speed invervals, so quick changes in speed are a must. There are a lot of pre-programmed workouts. I only ever use the manual start or quick start, so I can't really speak to the quality of these. There seem to be a lot of choices though, so I think any user would be satisfied. The built-in fan is great. It adjusts up and down so a person of any height can adjust it to suit them. There is also a low and high setting for fan speed. I think some might find that even the high setting is too weak, but I personally don't like a whole lot of wind in my face so I have no complaints. The built-in heart rate sensors on the hand rail seem to be accurate. However, I do have this issue where the sensor initially gives me a read of 80 (no matter what my heart rate actually is) and, if I keep my hands on the sensors, it sloooowly but surely increases to my actual heart rate. This happens about 75% of the time, which can be frustrating when I'm just wanting to quickly check my heart rate between sprints. It's a minor issue though, as heart rate monitors can be purchased separately and are inexpensive. This machine does lack a lot of the features that other comparably-priced treadmills have. So if you're wanting all the latest gadgets and entertainment options, this isn't the treadmill for you. I personally chose this treadmill, in part, because of that. At the end of the day, I just want a treadmill that works properly and will hold up well over time. Most of the time, those built-in features and entertainment add-ons are poor in quality and I don't need the headache of dealing with that. I have to assume that this machine makes up for its lack of features with its superior quality and durability, but I honestly don't have enough experience with home treadmills to say that with certainty. The foldability is great. I don't think I would have considered a non-folding treadmill. Keep in mind, it still takes up a lot of space when folded up, but it is nice to be able to decrease its footprint when you need to. It's really easy to fold up, it's secure when folded, and when you unfold it, it unfolds without your help and without slamming to the ground. A couple minor complaints: (1) The heart rate issue I mentioned earlier. (2) The display is very minimal, which is perfectly fine. However, you cannot simultaneously view duration of workout and distance, which are two stats I like to check regularly. You have to press the mode button to toggle between different stats. The first mode shows incline, calories burned, time, and speed. The second mode shows mets, calories per hour, pace, and distance. It's not the end of the world having to press a button every now and again, just not optimal. (3) Also, this treadmill would greatly benefit from having a magazine/iPad holder. I have a TV in the same room as my treadmill, so it's not an issue for me, but for those who like to use a book, magazine, or tablet for entertainment while walking or running, you're out of luck with this machine. Bottom Line: I really love this treadmill. Any complaints I have are minor. This treadmill works, and it works well, and that's all I ever wanted! :)

The TLDR is if I could give 6 stars I would just for the customer service alone. 3G actually FaceTimed me to walk me through adjusting the belt tension for my size and also gave me tips to maintain the longevity of the treadmill (don’t stand on it when the belt is starting up or shutting down). I didn’t have to wait for help either they were super quick to help me out. The long version: I’m a big guy at 330 lbs so my options for a treadmill are limited as many only go up to 300lbs. This pro runner X goes up to 350lbs. I had found a site called big guy treadmill reviews and this unit was one of their top rated units and the only one in the top 5 that wasn’t $4000+. Then I saw that this uses ftms bluetooth so I don’t need to pay a gym membership fee just to use the treadmill. This all added up to me giving it a shot. I was more than impressed. First off the delivery from Amazon was fine, their drivers were very helpful but somewhere along the line one of the shipping companies really beat up the box. The Amazon driver showed me photos of the box when their warehouse received it so I’m not sure what happened. This wasn’t a problem though because 3G packed it really well with plenty of styrofoam, despite the box being in shambles, the treadmill had no scratches. Once I got the parts out putting it together was stupidly easy. Just 2 long legs that attach to the base, 2 control unit arms, the control unit up top, and the side panels that cover the outside of the base. I noticed that they even use high quality YFS grade 10.9 machine screws which iykyk. Instead of just 1 crappy Allen wrench they included a T Handler wrench which made installation and adjustment much easier. After I got everything set up, I had an issue though. There wasn’t enough torque for the treadmill to move with me on it. I started making belt adjustments as directed in the manual to no avail, but I wasn’t sure if I was going too far or what. So I decided email customer support (it was well after business hours) for help. The next morning at 9am I get a phone call and Keith was super kind and patient with me and clearly walked me through everything. He helped me adjust the motor mount (this is a 1 time thing) and then adjust the rear belt as well. He had experience with other people in my weight category and explained that more adjustment can be necessary sometimes to ensure proper torque. He hopped on a face time to both show me on the exact same unit what needed to be done, and supervise me on what I was doing. This was super helpful and within about 10 minutes I had a smooth operating high quality treadmill. It feels like a super durable unit on first impression. I feel just as smooth walking on it as I do on the industrial grade machines. It easily fits my room and is plenty wide for my size. Overall, this feels like an incredible value simply for the customer service and warranty alone. Then you add the build quality and attention to detail with screws and such and I am beyond impressed. Like I said 6 stars if I could.

We received the item yesterday, 3/28/2026, and delivery was on time and early Saturday at approximately 10AM which was just right since my wife and I did not need to wait around for it. The delivery men were great and were able to wheel the 230 lb treadmill around to the back of our property and place it on a low patio, only a 6 inch step up. They left and we proceeded to unpack it and move it into the house. Be warned in advance that the main unit has pneumatic legs, that when extended, make it very difficult to get through a normal doorway and so I eventually used rope to tie the unit tight to prevent it from opening, which had already occurred while untied. It was too heavy for us to life and carry and we used a mover's dolly to support it while we moved it through a main bedroom, down a 15 foot hall and into the exercise room. This was the most difficult part of the set up for us. I am 6' and 175 lbs., in fairly good condition, and strong enough to maintain my side of the moving process, but my wife was apprehensive throughout it since, even while on the dolly, which is about 3'x3'. the treadmill required a great deal of support by me mostly while guiding it down the hallway. Prior to tying the rope, the item sprang open unexpectedly, and when doing so, can seriously throw you off balance. Now to the actual assembly. Instructions are okay, not spectacular, and if you own a ratchet with allen attachments, you will have an easier time than just using the supplied wrench. There are L and R markings on some of the parts, but you need to look carefully to find them. The most difficult part of the assembly was getting the arms attached to the main computer console and we accomplished that by placing a high barstool on the treadmill, toward the front of the unit and attaching the arms to the console while my wife supported it on the barstool, and you do need that height to eventually mount the unit and arms to the main portion. You need to be careful not to pinch the wires while doing that. Also, be aware that in the right leg of the unit, is a long plastic line that you will use to fish up the electrical console attachments. It's not difficult to do, and when the console is finally attached to the main unit, you need to carefully plug those fished up parts to the console. There are 2 small plugs and a ground attachment. You don't need special tools to do that. After that, the remaining parts and tightening is fairly straightforward, but once again, you will need to very, very patiently align the holes that the supplied screws insert into. You really have to feel the threads catch before doing any serious tightening, and start the screws only by hand tightening. Once all is tightened, plug it in, turn on the main switch in front of the unit, hold your breath and get on. For us, everything lit up, worked flawlessly, made hardly any noise and so far, needed no adjustment. I tried it first at several speed levels, and loved it. The fan works well. My wife went next and was also quite pleased with it. In all, it took us four hours to get it going from delivery drop off to final setup. I recommend this unit and do suggest that it requires at least 2 able bodied people to move and assemble it. We bought this unit because of the very positive reviews from customer service and also because my wife was able to visit the showroom in Scottsdale, AZ, and really liked what she saw there. White glove delivery, via the showroom sales person, that included complete assembly was $400, but he beat the Amazon price by $100, and we are 120 miles from their warehouse. My wife now says that if we had to do it again, we would pay them for the service.

I purchased this treadmill after extensive research online, using Amazon reviews, Consumer Reports, and other resources. This treadmill was purchased to replace a Pacemaster Proselect that we bought in 2003 and failed after 16 years of pretty heavy use. My Main concerns were that it was sturdy, and had the basic functions of the Pacemaster. I use the treadmill in a very manual way, adjusting speed and incline as needed and not according to any kind of program. I wasn't looking for any advanced features, like connecting via internet to a fitness class, or playing point-of-view running videos, etc (mainly because I didn't want to incur the extra cost for these). The Pro Runner treadmill provides a very similar set of features as the Pacemaster, so it met my needs there. Reading a number of reviews it seemed that the Pro Runner, and 3G Cardio treadmills in general, are well built. Consumer reports reviewed only the 80i Fold Flat treadmill, which is similar in price. The 80i seems like a good choice as well, but I opted for the Pro Runner primarily because it has a slightly wider belt, the belt is "orthopedic" (potentially more comfortable), and it seemed a little sturdier. I looked into other brands such as Nordic Track, Sole Fitness, and a few others, but those seemed to get bad marks primarily on customer service. 3G Cardio has much better reviews, and the company seems very responsive to questions posted on Amazon. I've had this treadmill for a few weeks now, and have used it several times (about 4x a week so far). First of all, I assembled it myself. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. The only hard part was lifting up the top console, holding it up to make cable connections, then mounting it on the posts. This required 2 people , otherwise I could have done it all myself. In the beginning of use, the belt drifted to the left. Per the instructions I adjusted a bolt in the back by 1/4 turns, using the hex tool they supply. After 2 adjustments the belt now runs straight. I felt some slipping before those adjustments but none since. The treadmill is easy to operate while exercising, and feels very strong and sturdy. It is much quieter than the Pacemaster treadmill (although the Pacemaster might have been quieter when it was brand new, I just don't remember). A pleasant surprise was the fan. I tend to got hot and sweaty when I run, so the cool breeze gives me some measure of relief. My only suggestion for 3G Cardio on that would be to provide a fan with a higher speed setting and even more airflow, if that's possible. So overall, so far this treadmill has lived up to the positive reviews online and from Consumer reports. For me, the cost was reasonable and it seems more of the $$$ go to the build quality, versus high tech features, and that's what I prefer. I would highly recommend it to anyone that has the same requirements as I had.

I bought this treadmill in 2024, and it still works like new. I didn’t want Wi-Fi, a touchscreen, subscriptions, or a bunch of unnecessary features. I wanted a commercial-style treadmill that I could simply turn on and run—and that’s exactly what this is. I’m 6'1" and 260 pounds, so I was concerned it might not feel large or sturdy enough, but it feels great. The deck has just the right amount of cushioning and spring without hurting my knees. After moving it, the treadmill sat unused for about a year, and the belt became loose. I called customer service, and their representative walked me through exactly what to do. From opening the front cover to closing it back up, the entire fix took about 15 minutes. I really appreciated not having to hire a technician. Now it runs perfectly again, and running is actually fun. PS not everything has to be on wifi. This is exactly what I wanted, top build quality in the most simple package.

We were looking for a durable treadmill that could provide core incline and speed features through 3-6 miles/day total walking+running by 2 of us. The positive online reviews (which admittedly are not super reliable) and lifetime warranties led us to buy this. It seems expensive for what you get - $2k buys you a basic treadmill with no screens/electronics. But it depends on your priorities - I'd rather the money went into the mechanism and build quality than doodads. Setup was easy. This uses a 20 Amp circuit FYI. The plastic side fairings aren't functional, didn't attach cleanly, and rattle so we left them off. The belt is soft and the action is smooth. I can run on it in socks or shoes. Incline function responds immediately. Speed is responsive. There's a plastic clacking sound at higher speeds which seems to be the motor cover up front under the console. You get used to it but it's a bit annoying at this price point. Machine feels solid but time will tell how long it lasts. This is a compact machine, which works for me but might feel a bit cramped for some folks. The console hand grips for heart rate aren't very sensitive. I primarily use my watch and a chest strap anyway. I had some issues with Bluetooth and noted them in my original review. The co-owner/president Bryan reached out to make it right. He provided extensive instructions and communicated quickly to try to resolve the matter. The responsiveness and focus on getting it right reassured me we'd made the right choice. If you're looking for a fancy giant machine with glitzy electronics, this may not be the right choice. We prioritized durability, warranty, and support - and so far it's delivered.

Whether it's a blessing or a curse is debatable, but I don't make many decisions in my life without overanalyzing and comparing. In the case of treadmill shopping, I researched the best options within my budget for probably over a month. Having been a casual runner for over 15 years, I was fairly familiar with brands and my options but wasn't excited about anything I was finding. I took to trusty ol' reddit and was surprised to discover 3G Cardio, a brand I had never heard of before, and some glowing reviews had me researching the company and products. A treadmill isn't a small investment, and I really wanted to put my money into something that would last and serve me well for a long time. What finally sold me was what I had read about their customer service. I've heard horror stories from friends who bought $5k Nordic Track treads having issues right off the bat and couldn't get a hold of a real person for months to help fix the issue. Personally, I believe you're not only paying for the product but also for the customer service when something goes wrong. I felt good about my decision and although hesitant to buy through amazon rather than the 3G Cardio site (I had gift cards to burn), it was seamless and had no issues with delivery. I unboxed and put together the tread myself no issue, and was giving it a test run less than an hour after delivery. The ride is super smooth and felt on par, if not better, than the swanky treads at a commercial gym and I was surprised by how sturdy and quiet it was. Even the little walking pad I had before this was louder! The incline is more than humbling, and it folds into a small footprint if extra space is needed. I reached out to ask for a mat recommendation and Bryan immediately sent me a link to an affordable, great mat that still looks brand new. I recently had one issue that required a part replacement and emailed customer service. Within a few hours, I spoke with Keith, who diagnosed the problem and had the part shipped to me the next day. They sent a local tech out to fix it and I was back up and running (no pun intended) in less than a week! I adore my tread and feel great knowing the team at 3G cardio backs up their products and is ready to help at the drop of a pin. I could not recommend more and can't wait to buy my next 3G suffer machine (looking at you, stair stepper...)
