Normally don’t care enough about Amazon orders to write reviews. Good, bad, or otherwise. Risk is risk. However, couple things were pretty surprising about this order. Placed the order in the evening around 10:00 PM. In 27 minutes (yes I counted) the order shipped. The shipping notification was accompanied by a lengthy message from the manufacturer thanking me for my purchase and explaining how the package would arrive in two separate parcels. The message was assuring me this was to prevent any damage and that I should not be concerned about receiving separate items. To sweeten the deal, the chair arrived three days later, took less than 15-20 minutes to assemble (with power tools) and is one of the most comfortable chairs I own. Very pleased, and pleasantly surprised with such good customer service in a world where personality and accountability are scarce. Would recommend. ... show more

The chair is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not too big for my space and the color fit in perfect with my decor. I feel that it is very sturdy and could be comfortable for any body size. The separate ottoman is handy to use to store a small blanket or throw. I feel it’s good value for the money spent. The only thing I would caution to others that this type of chair sits lower to the ground which is 15 inches from floor to seat so that is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars. This chair is great quality for the price! It was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. There’s plenty of storage room in the ottoman that comes with it. It’s comfortable to sit in and the color is a nice looking ash grey.
