Like it because of light weight and lithium batterys. Easy to put together. All you have to do is charge batterys and put on arm rests and anti tip wheel and seat cushion..One of connections underneath had come disconnected in shipment and finally figured out why it wasnt working at first. No customer support number in directions was a disappointment.

I am very disappointed in this scooter, the instruction manual is no help at all plus it was missing the knob to tighten the tiller so I can’t use, no tool kit was in the box!

OK TO BUY

OK on the level but not so good on grass as not high enough. Also not as easy to lift and put in a trunk as advertised. Worth buying.

It’s a very nice scooter. I both my wife and I took it for a test drive and we’re very happy. It was nicely packed. However, according to the instruction manual there was supposed to be a tool kit. There wasn’t one. Also according to the description on Amazon there was support to be a cellphone hold. That was also missing. A handle on the front would have been nice making it easier to move. One last thing, the LED display is impossible to read outside during the day. That being said it is a very nice scooter.

Foldable so quickly and lightweight scooter for me

I did a ton of research before settling on this model, and I’m glad I did. It’s not the cheapest on the market, but the build quality and the "lightweight" feature are worth the extra cost. The folding design is very clever—it becomes a flat, manageable shape that doesn't awkward to carry. The four wheels make it very stable, unlike some 3-wheelers I’ve tried. The 8-inch tires are also excellent and suitable for various road conditions. okay, but prefers smooth surfaces. Overall, a fantastic purchase for getting around independently.
