I bought these because I have an iron insufficiency plus I need to take methylated B products. This has both along with folate (I have genetic MTHFR issues). Since taking these my iron levels have risen (it takes a long time according to my pharmacist. They are not difficult to swallow and I do know they are helping due to more blood tests. I recommend these for someone who may have MTHFR issues and / or low iron issues (of course talk to your doctor first). ... show more

I’m sure they are great vitamins unfortunately they have a very strong smell. Not pleasant. I will update this review in 30 days.

Overview: As described. Experience: A few thoughts, I was running out of my last vitamins and as the Dr. noted my iron a bit low (probably due to lack of red meat). I started a search for a replacement with iron. These contain iron and have a formula pretty close to my last. though missing some things I decided to give this brand and formulation a try. After a week my energy level is down a bit. The formulation is different than my last vitamins and lacks the levels of "D" and a "B complex". I am adding them in as a separate supplement to see if that makes a difference. I will revaluate then. ... show more

Like most multivitamins, these are kind of large but they go down easy. The outside of them doesn't feel slick-coated but is very smooth so I think that helps. I usually prefer a gel-type pill but... Looks like a vitamin. Smells like a vitamin. You know how fresh cornbread tastes with just a dab of fresh churned butter? They don't taste anything like that. These taste like vitamins. You didn't really expect them to taste like cornbread, did you? That's just weird.
