This purchase was buy far the best decision. The customer service from day 1 was top notch. The seller reached out about my customized logo the very first day I purchased, and after I sent my image, they reached out a couple days later with several options for me to choose from. They later ensured I received my purchase and was happy with it. Once the 360 arrived, it exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for an extensive setup but to my surprise set up was extremely easy. I love that it came with step by step instructions and video clips as well. I love the lights, the look, and even the carrying case that it comes in and the red circle mat - such cute touches. I can't wait to learn how to use this app and start really playing with the videos. I'm also excited to see my logo! Thank you so much to this great company and for making this purchase absolutely worth it!

Clearly, one of the best 360 Photo Booth manufactures that exist. Me and my company started a 360 photo booth service company in 2022. And we have been fortunate to grow the business to have three booths and three different teams to service our areas. This is the first booth that allows for adjusting the height of our camera, based upon the individual or groups that stand on the platform. Simply outstanding, they have simply integrated the arm within an industrial type of selfie stick, that adjust for any height. This has also allowed us to meet the needs for those individuals in wheelchairs, that we put on the booth and lower the arm to an appropriate height. This includes for children as well. Clearly, outstanding!!! Now the customer service of the company is also the best! They are easy to communicate with, courteous and respectful, very professional, and every time I’ve communicated with them, they have replied and responded while meeting our needs. Simply the best!

Bought this product 1 week ago and first time setting it up was a disaster. The stand did not operate properly when it was fully tightened, it was weak and wobbly. The case came when broken wheels that made it almost impossible to transport. Came with busted pieces for a simple set up. This product had to have been used before. It was not a brand a new product at all. Packaging that should’ve been closed came opened. SHOCKED. Confirmed a return and will not be purchasing from this vendor again.

The media could not be loaded. This 360 video booth is a great find! We got it for upcoming work events, as it was a better investment to purchase our own than continually paying high rental fees. Plus, we could customize it with our logo for added brand visibility! Shipping was fast, and assembly was surprisingly easy. I love that the seller included QR codes to videos showing how to set it up. The customer service team, especially Mona, was incredibly helpful and super fast to respond. We can’t wait to add this fun engagement to all our events!
