It's lighter weight than similar offerings, as it's not double layerered, so it's great for late spring or early fall. There are slightly more expensive shirts available that are thicker with double layers, that are also great quality and perfect for winter wear. Good quality and most importantly the sizing chart is accurate having both Asian and U.S. sizing in both cm and inches, making it easy to get correct size which is somewhat difficult when purchasing Asian styles from Asian source for an American male. Have returned previously purchased shirts of this style in the past because of faulty sizing charts. Came nicely folded, and material is cotton like soft so comfortable feel. Love this jacket, even though it's supposed to be worn by a man. Hey, this is America-- we can wear whatever we want. It looks great and feels extremely comfortable. The only problem for women is going to be more material than you need in the shoulders, but that's really trivial. I bought it in red and it's perfect, just what I wanted. I believe the design is for a Kung Fu master, but who care?
