Didn't find anything i didn't like about this lamp..One thing i am particularly happy with and i didn't pay much attention to when i purchased it was the electric cord..Its clear which is nice because it's less noticeable and also it is plenty long enough to reach the outlet i need to plug this lamp into..The deep purple lamp shade adds a nice warm glow to the room and is comfortable on the eyes..I bought this for the grand-daughters bedroom we have set up for her and when we painted her room we let her pick out the colors and she picked a pink with purple trim so this lamp was an obvious purchase to accent those colors and the fit was just the right choice..Nice weight to this lamp as well so its very well made..Perfect too because of the height for the stand it sits on..Always best to read the comments when making a purchase without seeing it in person and this lamp was the right choice..To some it might seem pricey but the value here is in the quality of the lamp..Right on to light on.. ... show more

This lamp is beautiful, the base is perfect for the room my 9 year old wants. The lampshade is baby blue, not teal. It's very light, my daughter is disappointed. She's very specific and wants to be an interior designer. She found this lamp and wanted a pair. Now on the hunt for a new shade to match.

Yes, I am a grown woman and I bought these lamps. Most of the reviews said they bought for a girls room ….I adore them because they’re purple and look like gemstones!!! I adore how they look in the bedroom. The quality is good, they are a tad bit on the small side but the colors are so vivid that I get over it. Easy to assemble too. This is one pretty lamp. I use it as an accent lamp in my bedroom and love the warm glow of it and the light reflects on the colors of the post of this lamp for an added hint of color. Great price, very easy to assemble and would add glow to any room.
