Pretty easy to install. The directions are horrible. But between the video on Amazon and the picture instructions its doable. The bars themselves feel sturdy and the fit to the Jeep feels secure. I subtracted one star for the "locks." These were almost impossible to install. They are so cheap I wouldnt have even installed them but the bars don't look right wirhout them as a end cap. They really should fix how to install these. Even in the video, they use a cutaway and magically they are on. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Picked up this roof rack to mount a roof-top tent on my Wrangler and I gotta say, it turned out great. The whole setup feels super solid once installed. The rack clamps right onto the hard-top drip rail, so no drilling, no messing up the roof, love that! Took me about an hour to get it all mounted by myself with basic tools. The build quality is impressive, heavy-duty metal, tight fit, no rattles even when hitting rough trails. I’ve taken it on a couple of camping trips already and the tent stays rock steady, even at highway speeds. Just a quick heads-up for other Jeep folks: if your ride doesn’t have a hard-top drip rail, this rack won’t fit properly. And for 2-door Wranglers, you honestly don’t need the third crossbar, there’s just not enough roof space to use it. Overall, awesome rack. Solid, clean look, super functional. Perfect for camping or overlanding setups. Totally recommend it to fellow Jeep owners.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy with the quality and sturdiness of this roof rack. It’s made of solid material and easily installed in 15 minutes. It’s completely adjustable to fit any cargo you need to put on it. I especially like the locking mechanism to keep it from being stolen.

Yeah, I like these a lot. They are solid and look great. I know, I wasn't supposed to mount one on the Freedom Tops, but I had no gutters on the back of the top so I had no choice and it works. Also, the best part is that the rails have rubber-protected clamps so there should be no scratches to the gutters where they are mounted.
