I bought the 31.5 inch knowing that we will be doing turkeys in it. We processed 100 chickens this weekend it worked great except we had a few issues with the on and off switch after the first 10 birds the switch completely melted in the on position. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. Luckily I had a foot switch for my meat grinder I used to get by with the rest of the processing. Unfortunately I bought it months ago knowing I would need it and now I'm passed the 30 days but was able to find a new switch for 25.
