Works well enough. We needed a dedicated water heater for the kitchen. It needed its own wiring with nothing else on it. But that is easy enough when you know what your doing. I would buy again.

I’ve been very happy with this tankless under-sink water heater so far. It’s small and compact, which made it easy to fit under the sink without any issues. Installation was straightforward and didn’t take long, and the hookups were simple and easy to understand. Once installed, it started working right away and provides hot water to the sink very quickly. Functionally, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The 6000-watt power is more than enough for a single sink, and the water heats up fast without any noticeable delay. I purchased this 110V tankless water heater to help lower my power bill, since we have a 50-gallon traditional water heater that was running all day. I like this tankless water heater. Make sure you understand what its purpose is and you will not be let down. This unit is NOT for a whole house heater! If you use as its intended for it actually works very well! Its a very well made heater and is very energy efficient. I don't notice any difference in the water pressure or water supply than with my previous heater. It pretty much supplies the same amount of water that is coming into at the same rate of speed.

I’m using this tankless water heater in a standalone bathroom at my cabin that only has cold water, and it’s been working well for that setup. It heats up quickly and is great for a sink. Handwashing and basic use are no problem at all. Overall build quality feels good and sturdy for a compact unit. One downside is that it requires a 60-amp dual breaker, which definitely sucks if your electrical isn’t already set up for it. That said, it’s understandable since it’s fully electric and needs the power to heat water on demand. It’s also worth noting that while it does a good job for a sink, it doesn’t have enough flow to really support a shower. For my use case, that’s fine, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re expecting full shower performance. It’s a solid option for small, remote setups like a cabin bathroom where you just need reliable hot water at a sink and don’t want a bulky tank. Just be prepared for the electrical requirements and flow limitations.
