Item itself was great till it completely shutdown. Went to start it up day 4 and it would not power on. Attempted to just do an exchange and that become a pain in the @$$. So now I'm waiting for full refund. Then I MAY CONSIDER PURCHASING AGAIN. I'm a little leary as you can I'm imagine.

This is a really cool system. But there are a few flaws: As you can see in the picture, my screen came damaged. There is a black line on the right corner and it’s very long and it does not disappear. Some of the games need their aspect ratio changed and I don’t know how to do that but I’m going to try to figure that out because they are unplayable It came with a very cheap plastic handle for the briefcase when it’s closed, which is pretty much unusable. And the locks on it are very cheap. Mine came bent.. And I don’t think the charge is accurate as they say on their description. I played it for an hour, and I was almost out of juice. Now I wish I could reach out to the seller, but there’s no way you can communicate with them. You either get your money back and return it. No working at all whatsoever with them. Again, this is really ALMOST cool The market is for the reason and I’m sure there is a better product out there. And this one isn’t cheap so I have to say disappointed.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is definitely a great retro gaming system for those who want an authentic arcade-style experience. The joystick and fire buttons have the same feel as an 80s/90s arcade machine did. Some of the games suffer from faulty emulation issues, but a vast majority of them will play correctly. There's a robust search feature so you can find the exact title you are looking for. Included is a switch to toggle LED lighting for the fire buttons. An HDMI port and HDMI cable (also included) will allow connection to a full-size monitor or television screen. However, I find the built-in display is perfectly adequate for viewing. This arcade game is AMAZING! Love that it is portable, makes it so easy to take with you on the go. Not to mention there are thousands of games to choose from. All the old school games we grew up playing, in one little Pandora's box. It is super cool as it feels like an arcade, with the joystick and buttons and you can plug it into other devices to play on larger screens. The battery lasts a few hours and it charges up quickly. This box is super cool, love the LED backlit board and provides hours of entertainment. Just wish there was a user guide to explain how to navigate the screens and what all the buttons do.
