Not getting any younger I have shied away from the usual foods that I absolutely love eating, pork belly, deep fried food, cold cuts, processed food, etc. Instead, I have started to introduce myself to fruits, vegetable and white meat and fish. This is one of the best probiotic supplements I’ve ever tried. Unlike many other probiotic supplements that only contain 1 or 2 strains of probiotics, this probiotic contains 12 different strains. With other products with just 1 or 2 probiotic strains, I felt the need to keep switching brands in order to benefit from other strains. Now, I can stick with this probiotics supplement product since it introduces a wide variety to my body each time I take it. The probiotics capsules are small and easy to swallow. They do not have a bad taste wither, very nice! This probiotics for women and men was reasonably priced so I decided to give it a chance.

I'm a foremost advocate of healthy eating. What bothers me most is the fact that despite the fact that I eat healthy foods, I somehow feel that my body is not able to absorb the nutrients that I intake. I still feel a little weak, I still get the colds and somehow, I know there’s something in my gut that has been causing me problems. I tried probiotics supplement to develop my nutrient absorption but nothing has worked. One day, my best friend came and handed me a bottle of Heafetine Probiotics. She claims this probiotics has been super effective to her and recommended I try it. I just hope it’d be “super effective” to me too. I usually have very uncomfortable stomach issues every single morning after I get out of bed. Not sure if I have IBS or not, but that’s what it seems like. I went through several tests last year to rule out H-Pylori, and other things. All test results came back “within normal range”. Very frustrating. A coworker recommended these probiotic capsules. So I took probiotics capsule this morning. It’s been an hour, and my stomach doesn’t have that bloated gassy feeling like it always does! I’ll keep taking these probiotic every morning and will post an update. Update one week later... I’ve been taking probiotic capsules every morning. With the exception of one stomach episode, I’ve been feeling a lot better every day! I usually get very fatigued mid afternoon, but I’ve noticed my energy level is much better, and my mood doesn’t feel so run down. These probiotics just might be working!!

have always had great digestion and metabolism until 2 years ago. I starting eating more fast food and processed foods out of convenience because I was caring for a lot of people during the pandemic. Consequently, this created a perfect habitat in my gut for poor digestion, gas, bloating and poor nutrient assimilation aka leaky gut. It took me a while to figure out what I was going to do until I realized I should take a probiotic as I have heard of them but never used them. After, lots of time reading reviews on Amazon, I came across this probiotic supplement. After, the first week, I knew something was going on in my gut. After 2 weeks I saw the bloating slowly declining. You need to be consistent and let these probiotics do it job. Don’t think this will happen overnight as you got your leaky gut after months and maybe years of bad eating habits. Also listen to your body, eliminate foods that are causing you to feel sick. Eat more fresh foods and less processed foods and take this probiotic capsule you won’t regret it.

So I'll start with that for the longest time I'll use the bathroom 5 times a and sometimes more, anywhere from hard stools to soft stools. I have got other probiotics and they helped but not as good as these. Since I have been taking these probiotics with 2 probiotic capsules a day I will use the restroom 2 times a day tops. Almost 2 months in and I only had 1 loose stool. May work for me and not you but well worth it. I would say it took about a week before I really seen a difference.
