The media could not be loaded. I really like these replacement bulbs! We have string lights (total 350 light!) throughout our deck, back yard and around my puppy fence. Shatterproof is really important to me and these are just that. Soft lighting but bright enough to illuminate the areas. We have remote timers on all areas to come on at dusk and response is great, no issues at all! Cost for quality is good and have always come packaged well. My last two boxes had 2 bulbs that were broken at the base, not sure if that was from shipping or packaging but out of the 8 packages ordered over the last couple years this was the first time I received any broken bulbs so pretty good over all! ... show more

These lights are nice and bright and are of good quality, BUT they are NOT shatterproof (as advertised). That was the main reason I bought them because I have a bunch of kids that play in my backyard and I didn't want there to be a chance of glass back there. Well, I put them in my string lights and brought them outside to hook up. As I dropped them in the grass, one of them shattered. No, I didn't throw them down hard or try to "test" them, I just dropped them from waist height and one must've hit another one and shattered. This is why I'm dropping a star.
