I might bI had rickety chairs on my front porch for way too long. These chairs and table are nice looking and comfortable. The only issue is that the table was wobbly and the instruction weren't very clear, there were no numbers or letters on the parts. On one hand it's nice not to peel those suckers off but on the other hand the first chair I had to go off of pictures alone. ... show more

I hate furniture I have to assemble myself, but I loved the black wicker look. The price was right, so I took the plunge. I pulled everything out of the box and realized none of the parts were labeled. Not good! However, it was fairly easy to figure out by comparing the pieces to the picture in the listing. The tiny Allen wrench they include seemed to be a joke, but as I didn't have any power tools charged and handy, I decided to see how far I could get with it. Surprisingly, I was able to complete the assembly using that tiny wrench. It wasn't pleasant, and a power tool would have made it much easier, but it worked. Two tips: 1. Do NOT tighten any of the bolts until everything is put together loosely. 2. If the chairs are wobbly, loosen the bolts a bit, hold the chair upright about a foot off the floor, and let it drop. This will adjust the legs evenly and then you can retighten the bolts with no more wobble. The cushions aren't the thickest, but for the price point, I wouldn't expect them to be. First the good things. The chairs are very sturdy once assembled and so is the table. They are perfect for the small space we have in the corner of our garden - a lovely spot for enjoying a pleasant evening with something to drink. The chairs are also surprisingly comfortable. Another reviewer noted that they are a little low and they are, but they are still very comfortable and easy to get up from for those of us with bad knees. The cushions are nicely cushy too. Now for the bad. The first set we got was obviously previously opened. All the bolts and washers were loose in the box and the bottoms of the chair legs showed signs of use. We sent it back. A replacement set came quickly and also showed some signs that it had been opened previously. It was missing some of the washers, but we decided not to return this set as it was heavy and difficult to repack and carry to UPS. Instead we bought some more washers at the local hardware store. Assembly was mostly easy except the chairs each had one bolt that was extremely difficult to get screwed in despite following the advice other reviewers posted about not tightening any of the bolts until all the bolts were in place and partly screwed in, then work around tightening them all a little at a time. If we had gotten a truly new set, if we hadn't had to buy washers at our local hardware store, if two of the bolts had not been so hard to screw in, I would have give them set 5 stars as an excellent quality product for the price. I took off 2 stars for all the problems, but am otherwise very pleased and satisfied with this set. ... show more

I ordered two sets of these patio chairs and tables. The first set arrived in perfect condition two days prior to this set. This set came filthy with dust, dirt, and debris like it was previously used. The chairs took so long to put together because the holes didn’t align properly and some of the bolts and washers were bent. I managed to get both chairs almost complete very quickly before I realized both right arms/legs on each chair were too long and didn’t align properly with the holes to the back and seat. I had to ask my husband to use his strength to assist me with aligning the holes to screw the bolts in. We ended up taking the entire chairs apart to switch the legs thinking they should align with the opposite chair. At this point it took over an hour each to complete the process and it was very frustrating. I wanted to return the chairs but at this point didn’t feel like taking the chairs apart again! On another note, the seat cushions for this set were much thinner than the first set and are completely uncomfortable! I’m very disappointed in this order and wish to warn others before purchasing from them. ... show more

I am very happy with this purchase. They were much better than I expected given the low price and they look great on my balcony. The chairs are very sturdy and they look very nice. The blue cushion is also bright and contrasts nicely with the chair. It's not the thickest seat cushion but the chairs are generally comfortable already so don't think you need too much padding. Cushions also have a zipper so you can wash them. In terms of building, it was not hard but it did take a little longer than the description suggests. The reason is that it comes in many separate pieces and you cant tighten them all the way at once. I did three rounds, slowly tightening the screws more each time and they came out perfect. ... show more
