I received the unit in one day, actually it was about 16 hours or so. I'm a "first-time" portable AC unit user. So far SO GREAT!!!!! This was the easiest product to set-up and get it running. It comes with the window bracket & hose that allows you to use a window as an exhaust point. You can pretty much use, any opening from your hose to the outside that allows the hot air to escape out. EVERYTHING about this unit is "easy". The directions are easy to read & understand. The remote control is included along with two AAA batteries. You can also pair the unit to your phone. For some reason, I ALWAYS have issues when it comes to setting up my household devices on my wi-fi and this is no exception. So when I attempted to pair it with no success I just quickly gave up and decided the remote control is just fine. I have a pretty big studio apt., not quite sure of the size of the studio, but the unit cools it down, like a charm. I can't believe how GREAT this unit operates. So far, I've only used it in the "AC Mode", so I can't speak on the fan & dry modes. What I do know is that if you read the directions thoroughly you will have no problem with the set-up and use of your new portable A/C unit!! ... show more

Ohhhhh HEAVENS! This is a fantastic free standing air conditioner. Not only was is VERY easy to assemble, but it began cooling immediately. I have a 17 foot cathedral ceiling in my living room, and this unit cooled the entire living room area. The air conditioner works as expected, and seems reasonably efficient. Unfortunately, a selling point of this unit was its advertised smart functionality. I’ve tried to use the app on both an android and iOS device, and neither work. On android it crashes at startup, and on iOS it’s impossible to sign in or sign up (there is a service error message). So now I have a non-smart a/c unit that I could have gotten elsewhere for less. If the manufacturer could fix the app, I would update my rating. ... show more

Over all a good product. Connecting this product to your phone is so difficult though. They ask you to read the instructions but that would take hours. Very inconvenient. The heat mode on this isn’t great.

When I asked the company to address the problem then agreed to a refund but required me to pay return shipping.
