Zero stars. ZERO!!! This is a safety risk. This item almost cost my 6 month old his life. I installed it correctly following all instructions and adding extra screws to hold it sturdy. It was tight against the mattress and figured great This will be a good idea while baby is hanging out with me in bed. With all rails up I stepped into the next room 20ft away to use the bathroom and my 15 pound 6 month old child rolled against one of the sides. He IMMEDIATELY got lodged in between the mattress and the mesh. It happened in seconds. He was faced towards the mattress and was suffocating attempting to scream. I jumped up and ran to him. Again this happened in seconds. This is not a safe product. In America we have very serious safe sleep regulations and this should not be sold here. It is very much so my fault for wanting to try something new for my new crawler. ... show more

It was okay, but I ended up returning it. There were no instructions included, so I wasn’t sure how to put it together. I bought the correct size for my bed, but it didn’t feel secure—probably because I installed it incorrectly. Without any guidance, I was basically putting it together blind.

My baby is growing and just starting to sit up, so these rails give me real peace of mind. I had a similar set for a full-size bed before, but the king-size version is much more comfortable and gives us a lot more space. Easy to install and feels sturdy.

    • Not bad but some minor issues

Great product. The only two things we noticed is the rail by the headboard is smaller than the rail by the foot of the bed so it makes the two side rails a little narrower by our heads. And, the legs overlap so they are uneven causing the corner connection pieces to pop off frequently.

This is a really great product if child safety is the main concern and high rails are a priority. This is the second one I bought (the first was for a queen bed and this one was for a king bed). Putting it together was easy. (Make sure when you put on the mesh, you do it so the raising/lowering buttons face out). Although hardware was not included to screw the support plates into the bed’s wooden slats, it was easy to do with standard screws. For my queen bed, the bed didn’t have wooden slats so I had to improvise with connecting rope and zip ties, but again, that was easy to do and the rails were very secure. Both items fit the beds perfectly. The toddler who uses the bed is quite active, and the nice height of the rails keeps him in the bed and there’s never an issue with the sturdiness and integrity of the rails. This product is great and provides a wonderful feeling of security. I’d highly recommend it. ... show more
