The media could not be loaded. Product: 3-way Soil meter Rating: 1/5 (poor) I did some practical low-tech testing of all three features. It failed all three pretty unambiguously. Pics attached. Ph: Fresh out of the package, I tried my potting soil blend, and waited the obligatory 10 mins ... it read a smidge above 7.0. I knew my soil was slightly more acidic than that, so my expectations began sinking. Next, I went outside and shoved it in the soil under an old evergreen (definitely acidic). It nudged ever so slightly downwards (6.8 ish?), but not nearly enough. Not looking good. Last, I tried it in a cooled mug of plain black coffee, which a test strip showed as 5.0 ish ... and it still showed 6.8ish (see pic). Verdict: USELESS for Ph. WATER: You'd think a glass of tap water would read 10/10, right ? See pic, showing about 5.8 ish. Verdict: USELESS for moisture. LIGHT: I put it under my grow lights (about 2500 lm for an 18"h x 18"d x 24"w area), and it only registered about a dim 150/2000 (see pic). No idea what units those are. Last, I shone a small LED pocket light directly on the tiny sensor (see vid), and that finally got the meter to move, but the reading fluctuated wildly with even slight changes of angle, so clearly the sensor was small to the point of uselessness ... good only for distinguishing day/night, and that's about it. Verdict: Useless for lighting. Bottom line: Totally use1ess for all 3 measures. Save your money. Yep, you guessed it ... Made in China.

I do not recommend. I purchased four and not one is remotely accurate. The indicator basically hovers in one spot on all four no matter the what you've selected to measure (Moisture, Light, PH). Any light source strong or weak, soil , Coco cor, inside or outside, etc the indicator hover in one area on all of them. I tinkered for a week. Waste of time and money.
