The media could not be loaded. At first we loved this...for the price seemed like a good purchase. Delivered in February..installed and worked ok. The flow rate was a bit low through the hose, but being it's not used so often figured it'd suffice. Yesterday I went to use the hose and it's broken!!!! The refund window is closed of course. I'd say don't purchase if you want some longevity. I knew ot wasn't for a lifetime, but 3 months only???!!!??? Save your money! ... show more

We bought this to replace our old kitchen faucet that had started leaking. We bought this in March 2023, but with one thing and another, we didn't get it installed until October 2023, of course way after the return window had closed. It was easy to install, take out the old (which was quite a chore) and put this in, tighten the nuts, attach the hoses. The faucet itself works well. The handles turn nicely, and it doesn't leak. There are only 2 things that have been an issue for us. 1. The threads on the end of the faucet are very small and tight and won't connect well with our water filter. I will need to get an adaptor. And the main issue... 2. Is that today (1/31/24) After only 3 months, the sprayer has died. The water still works for it, but the whole side of the sprayer has split and when the water faucet is turned on, water sprays out the side of the sprayer (without holding down the button on the side). I will need to replace the sprayer or cap where it attaches under the sink. I do like the looks of the faucet, and the handles are smooth to operate, I don't know if I would repurchase.
