This lamp far exceeds my expectations, especially given the low price. I looked at a number of globe lights before ordering this one. It has a clean design and was very easy to put together, plus the bulbs are included. It looks great in my somewhat dark living room. Some people complained it is too bright, but for me it is perfect — I can do a crossword puzzle if near the lamp, and it lights the room with a soft warm light. Wanted mod style, compact mood lighting and this is perfect! It was way too bright for us with the included 60W x3 equivalent LEDs, so purchased 20W equivalents and those give the desired glow we wanted. (Another reviewer wrote they weren't sure the bulbs could be replaced which almost deterred me from buying the lamp, so know that G9 LEDs are readily available and come in all different qualities just like any other kind of bulb.) Based on other reviews, I opted for black which looks elegant (not "painted"). I like that it's not really tall at 67" h. The globes are 5 1/2", 4 1/2" and 4", and the total width is only 9 1/2", so doesn't take up much room while providing a cool style. Definitely recommend, esp for the price. ... show more

I have mixed feelings about the lamp. When it first came in, I was over the moon. It was sturdy and easy to assemble. The globes fit the apartment aesthetic very well, and I really liked that they were frosted. It gave off the perfect amount of light (we have a dim apartment) by my office desk. But as time went on, I have been increasingly bothered by how obviously painted the gold color is. It looks very spray-painted. But still, at the price and quality, who can complain? Next time, I might get the black ;) ... show more

This lamp gives you WE midcentury mod style at a minimal cost. It was very easy to assemble and came with everything you need out of the box- just be very careful with the fragile bulbs. Love the warm light it casts!

As a shortie myself, I don't want to say that this lamp's height is necessarily a deterrent. The pluses are it is easy to install, the globes give off a wonderfully soft light, and the overall look and gold brush are good-looking and elegant. Still... the lamp is short. After adjusting the pole angles and globes, it is a little over 5' tall. I think it's slenderness makes it seem shorter too somehow. Not worth returning it. It works great. But do wish it was a liiiiitle taller. ... show more

I needed a floor lamp for my new apartment because there isn’t an overhead light in the living room. I researched various lamps and this one stood out because of the appearance and high reviews. I ordered it earlier today and it arrived about an hour and a half ago— yay for same day shipping!! It literally took under 10 minutes to assemble, super easy. Just make sure you look at the light bulb sizes (largest to smallest) before putting them on. I didn’t & had to unscrew all of them and put them on correctly. This lamp is exactly what I was looking for. In my opinion the bulbs are not too bright, it’s the right amount of light for a big room. Very pleased so far! ... show more
