The clarity is great for this camera. I had purchased the company’s previous camera and saw this as an upgrade with 4K and an app feature now. The app feature is nice because, although it comes with a SD card to remove and view on other devices, the app allows you to see all footage on your phone, which is very handy. The price was right so I went ahead and purchased. Having installed this before, I had it installed in less than an hour, knowing how to quickly tuck in wires in the trim. The only thing I would say is for the company to offer an extension for the back camera. I have a mid size SUV and purchased the cord for $10. If you have a larger vehicle, you will more than likely need one as well. When I have needed to communicate with them, they have been very responsive and helpful. This dashcam is a little bulky. Definitely much larger than the Blackvue cameras. I purchased this because it says its 4K but after using this for a few days its definitely not 4K. Maybe the front is 1080P, I would believe that and the rear and inside are 720 or even 480. the quality of the rear and inside are not great, they're advertised as 1080, but clearly not, look how discolored the images are and they get worse at night..... You get what you pay for in this dashcam... If you want better quality, stick to the established name brands like thinkware, blackvue, or viofo. Screenshots are from videos that were taken at 10:20AM when it was bright and sunny.. I would not rely on this dashcam to capture footage at night, when the daytime captures are questionable.. ... show more

Solid 3 view camera. It took me about 30 minutes to install. I was confused on why the suction cup wasn’t sticking until I watched the installation video that I found on the manual that your supposed to twist it lock. I love how the memory card was included and in the system already so it was ready to use. Night vision is good, however I have 5% ceramic tint on my back window, so it is a little harder to see than the front camera. Quality is great and I highly recommend. ... show more

The 4k front camera is the most important feature because you want to able to read license plates. This also includes the cabin and rear camera. The parking sensor is a great feature. It works while it's off. You can test it by shaking the camera. So if a car hits your car while parked it'll turn on and record for 10 seconds. Even if the recording doesn't get a good shot of the car, you'll have the exact time of the collision. The app "Viidure" works great. Easy to use, but downloading recordings straight from the app is very slow. It's better to take out the SD card. ... show more
