    • Not For Drone or, Higher Current Applications

The title and description for this item is very misleading. Many customers will order these for drone or other high current applications. Why? These batteries are billed as "Li-Ion Li-Po" batteries" with 750mAh of capacity. (1) They can't be both, Li-ion Li-Po. Lithium-Polymer batteries have higher current outputs than Lithium Ion batteries. Li-Po batteries are suited for drone and devices with higher current requirements. Li-Ion batteries do not have the high current output and are not suited for drone applications. Also, to confuse the situation even more, these batteries quote "750 mAH" of capacity. You can't get 750 ma for an hour out of this battery so this spec is not correct and is very misleading. Suggest these batteries identified as Li-Ion only. Also, the restriction for drone or high current application needs to be in the main title, not the 5th "note" down in the description. ... show more

Do not know if the polarization is normally the way they are on this battery, but when plugging it into a a microcontroller board, I noticed that the plug had the positive and negative flipped. I had to flip the polarity on the battery in order for it to work on my microcontroller. Wasn't too hard to do and didn't need any soldering, just taking the leads out and switching them while being careful not to short it. But Definitely something to pay attention to. Besides that the battery has worked great and the battery life is also great. No problems charging it or using it for the past few months. ... show more
