There wasn’t a single thorn on it. The paint makes it look cheap and the description says you can still see the natural grain of the wood which you can’t. It looks like a stick painted black with a nice handle. Returning.

I will keep this only because I need a second cane and it is adequate length (34 1/2” from tip to where the web of my hand rests) with a comfortable grip. I wanted more of a walking stick and had expected something a bit longer and more substantial; this is slimmer and less handsome than my Brazos cane at double the price.

I have had walking sticks for decades. But never a piece like this. People are stopping me to ask about it. Beautiful work and fits my hand perfectly. The copper tip guard is nice and will weather nicely, I am betting. I love it. It stays next to the fireplace so visitors can see it. Recommended.
