This battery is fine, but is expensive for what it is. You can find almost identical batteries elsewhere for $3-4 in small quantities, or cheaper in larger quantities. Still, if you just need one and you want it quickly, this is a good buy.

I bought this battery to replace the OG in a dying smartwatch. This battery is slightly too long to fit in the housing of the smartwatch. Nevertheless, it performs as advertised: It discharges nominally at 3.7 volts, it charges just fine at 5 volts from a low-amperage USB source. It is, indeed, 5 by 20 by 30mm. The only matter of significance is the JST connector polarity: if you plan on using this battery with a hobbyist microcontroller charger (arduino charging circuit, adafruit li-po charger, etc), you will need to reverse the polarity (pry open the JST, switch the black and red wires). I put it in my vita, I had to shave a lot of plastic off because this battery is twice the size and capacity but man its been working like a charm and it brought up the game time from 4 hours a charge to 10! It's wrapped in plastic instead of aluminum so i was scared it could get kinked and leak but the cover of the battery looks pretty thick so all is good. If you're looking for a battery upgrade for your vita this is as big as the battery can get to still fit in the OG case. ... show more
