DO NOT waste your time and money on this if you actually enjoy espresso or lattes. i don’t even know where to start with my grievances after having the most frustrating cup of coffee ever. the functionality of this thing is in the trash, the knob is difficult to turn and located inches away from the top where the water goes in, which is VERY hot while operating, hot enough to give me a steam burn when i reached up to turn it off. it does not hold enough water to make the cup of coffee AND fully heat your milk. hot water leaks from the top and the sides, burning you as you “steam” your milk. speaking of “steaming” milk, if you like a fluffy latte this is not the machine for you. you’re going to have slightly warmed milk after twelve minutes of attempting to steam and aerate. it barely puts out steam to do anything for the milk. and crema? never heard of her. no crema to be found in this shot of espresso. so basically if you like your coffee cart to be extremely wet, potential steam burns, a mcdonald’s value “latte” and a headache before, during and after, then congrats! this will be perfect for you.

I've been using this almost every morning, and it's been a nice little espresso machine. It doesn't take long to heat up, and the coffee comes out with a good flavor. The milk frother took me a couple of tries to get the hang of, but now it makes a nice foam for lattes and cappuccinos. I also like that it doesn't take up much counter space. There is definitely a learning curve. My biggest challenge is not burning myself when trying to steam because it is quite flat to the counter. Need to figure out how to put this on a counter slide or something. Otherwise, it is great for the price when I make occasional lattes at home.
