These work like any other valve you’ll buy. The wing nut needs a washer behind it so that it doesn’t countersink into the handle, other than that it’s basically just another honey gate. I would’ve left 5 stars had it had the washer and the oring had better quality

The media could not be loaded. Great tap for honey...very good quality...great for putting honey accurately in jars. Make sure to put center of hole at least two inches above bucket bottom so you can secure inside nut properly
