I had a couple of issues right off the bat. They couldn't deliver to my house due to the fact that they needed a hi lo to off load. Not a huge issue, but very inconvenient. 2nd issue is that the roof was badly bent along with the floor where it attaches. It appears that someone tried to use a tie down strap over the not so sturdy canopy. I changed all fluids once home, which I would say is a must. It appears to be just shipping oils. These are definitely a must to change before using. Once I started using the excavator I was impressed. Small but mighty. The controls took a while to get use to. All I can say is practice.
