this done the job for me it a good excavator for the cost it has the third function with lever already built in. the customer service before i order was great they answered my questions and concerns sent a email before it shipped to verify some shipping details seems like a great company . this is not a large unit so don't expect it to do what a larger one will . I did dig out a 22 in tree stump ,after using my rear was a little sore , and it was quite warm sitting on top of the engine compartment . but I added a better seat ,a cooling fan , muffler extension, Hr meter and some hinges ( put hinges on to make it easier to do maintenance) which you can see my additions in pics all for under $200. Comes shipped in a wooden box completely assembled with oil and hydraulic fluid all i had to do was add gas and i was up and running would recommend this if you want a low cost mini excavator .I seen where somebody said they got theirs used probably not the hr meter that comes with it never shuts off ,mine showed 68 hrs but looked it over very well it was never used. As seen in pics i added a hr meter .So basically it's a good mini if you need one i recommend buy this

It works great after a few modifications. I put a fan to get the heat away from the seat and extended the muffler outside the engine compartment. I also put a heat barrier on the outside engine compartment behind the seat. Changed all the oil.
