Not comfortable- there’s no back you literally have to lay on the couch the entire time and the sections don’t stay together so it’s like doing a balancing dance while the sections scoot out from under you. It’s a literal pain in the A so just do yourself a favor and go to a store to find a couch. Convenience isn’t always best. I got this couch because I don’t have time to go to the store. Can’t return it because it takes 6 hours to put together and to return it has to be all back in boxes. Such a disappointment if I could give negative stars I would ... show more

It’s a little smaller, the back rests are short. and it’s a little firm… not a plush soft couch. Also noticed little gouges on the cup holder wood edge. I was eagerly looking forward to adding the Reversible Cushions Convertible Modular Sectional in Beige to my home décor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receipt of the product, which fell well below my expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the color of the couch that arrived was significantly different from the beige advertised. The mismatch is not subtle and affects the aesthetics of my entire living room, which I had planned around the expected color palette. Secondly, the construction of the couch is problematic. The back of the sectional does not align properly, creating an uneven and unprofessional appearance. This issue seems to be a result of poor design or assembly, which is disappointing given the price point. Lastly, the comfort level of the couch is far below what I anticipated. Despite being described as “comfy,” the seating surface is extremely hard, making it uncomfortable for regular use. This is a stark contrast to the “deep seat free combinable sleeper sofa” experience I was expecting. Overall, this product did not meet the standards I expected based on the description and price. I cannot recommend the Reversible Cushions Convertible Modular Sectional due to these significant discrepancies and discomfort. Additionally, the assembly process for this sectional was far more time-consuming than anticipated. The instructions were not clear, and the overall design seemed unnecessarily complicated, requiring several hours to set up properly. It took a while for it to get here The shipping was crazy. I think it showed up 2 weeks after the due date. Other than that, it's perfect fory family of 7. I love the cupholders and it was easy to put together. I did it by myself with no tools
