Picture quality is great. If set on motion detection it goes off constantly. If put on human detection it doesn't detect anything. I have messed with the settings so much and now I'm not getting alerts or any recordings at all. I just watched my roommate leave and it didn't record at all! When I ask alexa to show me the camera, everytime I have to ask twice because it says it isn't responding the first time. There is not customer service on the app at all. I bought the pertection plan so I'm going to try to get tech support threw that I guess. All in all I do not recommend this product.

Camera consistently could not track. I’d walk in front of the camera and it would see me then pan to my feet, the sky or my parked car in the driveway. Then I’d walk by and It wouldn’t see me at all. Then it would pan to the sky and stay there. I would approach my garage door and it would pan toward my waist then away. I bought this for security and it gave us anything but a sense of security. Rebooted the camera, tried factory resetting, used all the troubleshooting guides and nothing worked. Had to return the device. At this time I can’t recommend this product.
