BE CAREFUL WITH POLARITY ON WISBLOCK! The WisBlock Meshtastic Starter kit (modlues on the 19007 baseboard), if you buy from amazon, will RECOMMEND THIS BATTERY for it. If you plug it in, you will LET THE SMOKE OUT of transistors on the 19007 board due to the power connector being reverse polarity. Why Amazon "recommends" this battery for the Wisblock Meshstatic kits, i do not know - because without re-wiring this battery or the connector, it will BLOW IT UP. Thankfully I had two kits, and after frying one baseboard, reversed the polarity of this battery and it works great now. So I am rating the battery high - it lasts a super long time and the Wisblock Meshtastic 19007 manages charging and discharging it just fine. But if you get the polarity wrong and use it as-is - you will be ordering a new baseboard from RAKWireless. Fair warning.

The perfect battery for the rakwireless wiseblock, both mini and normal. I own about 30 now for several weeks outside in the freezing weather and they’re working perfectly. Will update after they run through a summer and several cycles.

Buyer Beware: These are the opposite polarity of everything else I own. Frist thing I learned is that technically there is no standard. This lesson cost me an Adafruit Lipo charger and burned my thumb. I tried to save a few pennies and get faster shipping. I guess they get one star for coming charged. You can pull out the pins and swap them if you mess up and buy these like I did, but they never fit quite the same afterwards. The picture is AFTER I swapped the pins and not how mine came, so if yours DOES NOT look like this, they are not compatible with Adafruit feathers, Battery Buddy, and Lipo Chargers nor do they work with the ESP32 C3 supermini rp2040 dev kits, etc.; So, you need to either swap them or return them.

The batteries work well. The polarity is fine, I mean if you have to reverse it, then just cut the wires, and recrimp or do some basic wire surgery. However, I have it just 3 stars because I don't think the protection circuit is working. I fried a battery overnight, I relies on the battery protection to stop delivering current after reaching 3v. Guess I was wrong the battery went from 3v to 0v in 30 min due to a buck boost converter being present on th circuit. This is a $6 battery, so it's too expensive to not have a decent protection circuit. So beware, these need voltage cutoff below 3v or you'll damage and kill your battery.
