Absolutely no problems with this tripod it was everything I needed and arrived at my house and only a couple days. I used this particular tripod for the GoPro fusion using it to take 3-D photos in a building for a 3-D tour. The packaging said that it was compatible with all GoPro hero models but basically if it works for those it’ll work for any GoPro that you have. Like I said absolutely no problems with this thing for the low price I was actually pretty impressed with the functionality of this tripod. Only thing I would point out is that the plastic is pretty cheap looking it’s very light weight but I’m not sure that it’s the most durable. I think as long as you are careful and don’t throw it around or drop it too much it shouldn’t be an issue. Honestly I would expect to pay a lot more for a tripod like this, it certainly gets the job done. You can pretty much use the tripod to shoot at any height all the way from the floor up to about eye level. If you have a GoPro and want a taller more traditional type of tripod for it (as compared to what usually comes with most gopro product) this product should do absolutely fine for you. ... show more

All seems decent. It is extremely light, but when extended and set, seems stable enough. I am using this for a light weight action camera, so hoping it won't be "too light" and blow over in a minor breeze. If so, it would be plenty easy enough to add a couple pounds of weight to it. Mount is easy to access, comes with an adapter to hold those action cameras already, so it appears to be the whole intent of this design. Price is awesome for what you get, and I would say, it is a real deal at this price, but will require you are not rough with it. I can see it would likely bend very easily, but again, all the latches and knobs are good quality and seem to do their jobs perfectly. Well designed for what it's intent is ... show more

I bought this flexible tripod to use with my action cameras and it works very well. I was surprised at how easy it was to wrap this around different objects like tree branches, and bars. The legs are very flexible and makes getting the perfect shot that much easier. I like that it has some what of a quick release plate on top so that way you can attach and remove your camera very fast with no unscrewing. The black and red color way was an added bonus since those are my two favorite colors. The somewhat of a ball-head swivels in all directions which again makes for really good shots. I would say for the price it is a pretty well built tripod. Now remember this isn't going to hold your big camera, it is not sturdy enough and it will tip over with a lot of weight. ... show more

It is a $15 item. So for a $15 item it is a 3.5 star review. If it was a $25 item it would have been a -1 star and returned. Expect the need to epoxy where the legs go into the the mount. Aggravating but no big deal. Also, the 3 collapsible supports are "rinky" with snap tabs and one popped off first time I went to set it up. These can not be glued as they need to move when opening up and closing legs. I will need to mess with these to get them more permanent. Likely drill a small hole and run a paperclip through, bend ends of paper clip, and that should make it permanent . I do like it that it is super light. I do not need a fancy super sturdy stand as this is a back up, or duplicate, for an extra GoPro camera I have. My main camera is set on a better quality stand. So for $15 I'll mess with it and it will serve the purpose. ... show more

got this product last month and only got to use it for a few times to record my kids soccer games, i never really used the maximum height and when i didn't i notice it becomes way to fragile, so anyway i as was potting away the last extension fell off and it's impossible to put it back so i had to throw it away since even if try to use it with out the last extension it constantly fells off. it's cheap enough that you can gamble but if you will need to use it on max height i would not recommend it. ... show more
