I bought it for my 2024 Tacoma. I think overall the build quality is good. Very easy to install. I did add silicone to the screw holes before install. It does not make any noise folded up. Very happy with that. With the cross bar open it’s very obvious and you can hear it. Pretty good overall.

A clever design that keeps the normally noisy bits out of the slipstream until they're really needed. The way they store the crossbars and then how they swing across to mount with each positively locking in place is pretty cool. I'm not sure if the 260# weight limit is the roof or the rack but it seems like plenty of skis, snowboard, kayaks and surfboard could ride up there without much trouble. Previous installation experience tells me this will be a breeze. The hardware is decent quality and the access to mounting holes is all good. I'm impressed as I've seen more expensive racks that do far less than these.

These roof bars for the 2024 Tacoma are pretty much identical as the previous gen Tacoma’s, but designed to fit specifically on the ‘24+. The cross supports are aluminum and the braces going along front to back along the roof are a hard but lightweight ABS plastic. They come with a nice thick rubber pad underneath the braces which makes direct contact with the roof and eliminates any vibrations. Installation took roughly 30 minutes. I like being able to stow the cross supports away (inline with the plastic braces) and then extending them across the roof when needed. Whether the cross supports are stowed or extended, they clip in nice and snug and do not wiggle at all. I don’t notice any extra wind noise with them. Overall very satisfied and I love the look.

I order this roof rack from Amazon. I’ve got to say I wasn’t confident that I would be satisfied. Here is my experience: 1. The order arrived on time and in good condition. I received regular updates of its process in the shipping process. 2. The inventory of parts 100% and the instructions were good. 3. Installation on my truck was easy. Screws and holes matched perfectly. 4. Looks/functions exactly like the Toyota rack I had on my previous Tacoma. I believe the rated load is the same.

I didn't know if I wanted a roof rack or cross bars. There are pros and cons to each, but I ended up with these cross bars. They not only look pretty sporty but they add utility to your truck, all while being lighter weight than a whole roof rack set up. When you don't need them the bars fold away but are still noticeable to add some style to your truck. When you do need them, they fold right out and allow you to pack more gear onto your truck! The installation was simple as well. The truck already has holes for you to mount racks onto, so there's no drilling involved. You can do it with just one person as I did, but having two will make it much easier. The build quality is great and the fit is perfect. I do enjoy having this on my truck!

This is a really nice set of roof racks which fits perfectly on the 4th Gen Tacoma and looks like it came out of the factory. Installation was a breeze, just pop off the plastic covers in the rain channels on the roof and cut a slit in the tape covering the roof rack mounts then it's just 4 bolts per rack and the job is done. I always disliked how the 4th Gen doesn't include a rubber strip down the rain channel and this rack solves that problem with the soft rubber pad at the base of each rack. They look great and being able to fold them in when they aren't needed is a really cool feature. They feel rock solid on the truck and should hold up well to any reasonable load. Great value, a must have!

These are a simple way to increase the storage on your Tundra. I like the build quality and although the load capacity is nothing outrageous 165lbs should be more than enough to handle just about anything reasonable you throw at it.
