My wife just bought some new living room furniture and I wanted to have a fireplace in the new cabinet that my 65" TV sits on. After searching through the ones available on Amazon I decided on this 33” model from Oxhark Flame that seemed like it would just make it fitting into the center shelf area of the original TV cabinet. I removed the glass doors & shelves from the center of the cabinet and with a little bit of tweaking was able to get this fireplace insert to fit in perfectly. It is very solid & very durable being extremely well made. The fireplace has several different flame colors that you can choose from along with being able to adjust the height of the flames and the speed that they ”roll” up the logs. It comes with a nice remote control that works perfectly with all of the custom adjustments included on the remote. This fireplace also has a built in heater that blows out warm/hot air that can be turned on or off independently as long as the flames are turned on. The heater works perfectly with an adjustable temperature setting, however since I live if Florida it will seldom be used except for those occasional cold nights in the dead of winter. I absolutely LOVE this fireplace and could not be happier with it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, realistic fireplace that is very reasonably priced. tkeeg

Bought this insert to replace an older insert inside an entertainment center console. It fit perfectly. Installed quickly without any issues. You have to unscrew the glass panel to place the crystals inside. It’s only 4 tiny screws and a very easy process. We double checked everything before installing it and the unit worked fantastically. The colors and flames are bright and gorgeous. The brightness is dimmable to your liking. The heat output is amazing. We have it in our “whiskey lounge” upstairs (a bedroom I converted into an upscale man cave after our kids all moved out). I can’t attest to how well it would work in a larger room, but in our space it’s phenomenal. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

After taking off glass, to put in the crystals, the screw holes did not line up. I had to use some other screws. The finished result is beautiful.

Always wanted a fireplace but we didn't have one. So we retrofitted a solid oak credenza we had with this insert, replacing the two middle cabinet doors. The seller could provide more info about the clearance requirements for installation in an existing space. You can find the dimensions, but you will need an additional 1/2 inch or so to the width of your opening because the electric cord protrudes from the side ( not the back). Also, the top requires an air space for inlet air when using the heat cycle. I installed it in an existing wooden entertainment cabinet and found the sides didn't really get hot but the top does, so some clearance is required. Again, the seller could provide more info on this.
