I usually do not write reviews but I needed to express my disappointment with this product. I ordered this bike for a sibling and wanted to surprise her this week with this pretty go looking bike. Received the bike today, as I tried to assemble the different parts, which were not that hard to put together, I realized that there were crucial pieces missing. The pieces that connect the front tires to the steering were nowhere to be found. Tried calling customer service but was on hold for about 1 hour so decided to hang up. Now my best bet is going to a local bike shop and hopefully they have the pieces necessary for this bike. If not, I will be returning this product. The bike looks nice and steady hence the 1 star. UPDATE: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BIKE!!! DO NOT BUY!! Originally thought bad inner tube, bought a new one and it blew up too. The entire front wheel tire bead defective causing inner tube to explore. Now I have to buy a box (destroyed during shipping) and try to return. Brand new! Defective parts. Only 40 psi and the whole inner tube blew.     • Dangerous and horrible
Instructions are very unclear and without proper knowledge of how a bike functions many mistakes could be made in assembly. Wheel attachment points are garbage not to mention dangerous. Wheels pitch and rattle everytime the brake is applied. Front wheel moves around so much that hitting the smallest bumps could send you flying off.. Please do not buy this bike. Spend the same amount at a Walmart and get a reputable bike. Will never shop with this brand again. ... show more

    • Derailer is a mess
Derailer so out of alignment might as well be a 10 speed. Manual refers to a page for adjustment that isn't there. Can't adjust it enough to get it working properly . Gears slip constantly..

Bike was shipped out quickly, it was neatly packaged. The bike was easily assembled, with provided tools. Very nice paint and painted decals, not stickers.
