The media could not be loaded. Super easy to install, remote easy to operate, didn't use to heat the room yet since I installed it in summer (getting ahead of things before fall and being in North Florida space heat is all we use here) so it's just perfect. I love the modern it adds to the barn house I'm building. My husband says it's the best feature in the house now. 😆 definitely makes me feel cozy, relaxed, wealthy, romantic, sitting in front of it with a cup of coffee sets my mood for the day and my dogs love laying by it. Hopefully keeps them warm this winter and doesn't flip our breakers with extended use. I'll report back if it does. ... show more

It was easy to install. It works great as supplemental heat in our Camper and adds ambiance with just the flames when you don’t need heat. Mounting on camper walls does require some pre planning and extra support from the hardware store. Very nice Product😊

I love the quality of the materials of this fireplace. It is just the right dimensions for what I need. I could not get the remote to work even after finally turning the fireplace on with the controls on the fireplace. I had a brand new battery for the remote, so I installed it, then the remote worked okay. I would like to find out "how" to make the flames bigger. They are only about 4 or 5 inches high and that does not look like the flames in the pictures on the website. It is a good reasonably priced item that I am glad that I purchased. ... show more
