Assembly instructions are terrible. Front wheel was bent. Several minor damages in the frame. The seat is loose and it is almost impossible to tighten because of the poor quality of the seat. I received my bike very quickly and began to assemble it. I realized that there was an issue with the saddle and contacted them. They kept in constant contact to make sure I was completely satisfied. I love my bike and could not be more satisfied with my purchase! Thank you!

I'm updating my review. I wasn't happy with the bike but they graciously fully refunded me even after the refund period so worth an updated review to let you know that if you have an experience like mine, they will take care of you. I bought this bike and assembled it. Assembly was somewhat simple. My 2nd day riding it the handle bars wouldn't stay in place both in height and grip. More importantly, the handle bar and tire alignment came loose and even when I tighten it, it still comes loose quickly. I basically have to junk the bike. The double crossmember design of the beach crusier bike frame is very rare, but I think it does improve stability as presented, and I think it's much more aesthetically pleasing!
