We got set of 4 stools. They arrived in two boxes. Each box had a pair of stools packaged in it. The boxes were heavy. All parts were labeled and packaged very well. Instructions and tools to put together were included. There were not many parts or steps to complete the assembly. However each chair took about 20 minutes on average for 1 person assembly. After the first one, the remaining were easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and make sure to choose correct numbered legs that face each other diagonally and also correct horizontal support bars that go in the lower slots and the ones that have to go in higher slots. Each slot in all parts were aligned very well and didn’t have to fiddle at any step. We had very little overhang on our counter and needed stools that don’t stick out too much. Found these that looked like they won’t stick out too much but we were worried that it’s not enough seat to sit on as they were not looking too deep. We were so wrong. These seats are not only comfortable but also give enough support for the back along with more than enough base to sit on. They swivel too. The swivel is so smooth. Also the horizontal bar on the legs for foot rest has extra plastic that is nailed on it is very smooth. It’s a nice touch to the chair and comfortable to the feet. The fabric is true color to photo. Very well made. Nail heads design give it a very nice look. We had couple spills and it was easy to clean. There is no pocket between back cushion and seat. So there’s no way for food to get stuck. The join is east to clean as it’s visible. Quick vacuum will get out the dried food. So far it’s been serving us well. It has been couple months and no Piling of fabric yet with daily use. Additionally the swivel is very smooth. Infact it’s too smooth even when we sit on it. Am super happy with how they look and how comfortable they are.

These were exactly as advertised. Beautiful once assembled and so comfortable to sit in! The quality of the fabric was high level and color true to the picture. Just remember that you do have to assemble these and it takes approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to assemble each stool to ensure that they’re secure. Patience is a virtue! Ha! Ha!

These barstools fit well at my island. I love the color, details, sturdiness and how they swivel. One thing I struggle with is the base of the seat where the back meets is a huge crumb catcher. Nothing a little vacuum won’t fix though.

Ordered 3 stools. Upon delivery, one of the backs was broken. But, I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement within a day!! Overall, these stools are very comfortable! We love that they swivel, they are the perfect height for our counter and they are very sturdy!! We are so happy with our purchase and our guests love them as well! Chairs are pretty, however,they are awkward to sit on. They have very low back support and a slight angle to the back which makes you feel like you are sliding off. Buyer beware! Although it says free shipping, That is only for receiving the item. In requesting a return the seller makes you pay for return shipping. The label for return states you may use: UPS, Fed-ex or USPS. However, UPS stated they couldn't take them because it was not a UPS return label. Fed ex delivered them, but would not take the label PROVIDED BY THE SELLER for return. The boxes are awkward and heavy. There would be no way to return unless you schedule a return and have your own mailing label. That is of course, unless you plan to use a dolly or are able to pull up and have help carrying extra large heavy boxes into a mailing center. I think if my return experience was smooth, uneventful and easy. I, possibly, would have rated the chairs a bit higher. As it is a preference. If you like low backs and the feeling of sliding off great. But, they weren't for me. HOWEVER, With the nightmare of returning the chairs, I have made note to NEVER make a purchase with his seller/company again. What a complete hassle!

Okay, I love these! I love the color, style, and functionality. They are pretty sturdy and feel durable. These were the perfect size for the area I put them in, they are definitely on the bigger side for chairs. They swivel easily and I really like this for counter chairs. The fabric shows dirty easily, but I ordered cream colored chairs so I expected this. I didn’t think they were very hard to build, it didn’t take more than 20 minutes to build two. There were no missing parts. I would buy again and would recommend buying! I do recommend checking measurements before buying.
