This is my second folding 20 inch electric bike. The first one purchased recently was a 750 V with a 14 AMP battery. This new EUY 1000 w is clearly faster and smoother. No problem in purely electric mode shooting right up to 28 miles an hour. It’s definitely a quality product. It didn’t take long to assemble. I did it myself. I like the twist throttle better than the button on my other bike.. the brakes seem excellent. It’s quite a heavy contraption and the seat height might be too tall for many. That’s the only thing that bugs me. I am 5’ -7 1/2 and my feet barely touch the ground. That’s not a secure feeling for me. . it’s a small bike built for a taller person. The seat post cannot be changed out as it appears to be some type of custom shape to accommodate the shock absorber in the seat post.. if there’s a need for Speed and a well-built bike this is the one to get. Appears to be great value as the build quality is great. One thing to note about these folding electric bikes is that they are not light and nimble. They are squat and heavy. think delivery vehicle.. To me they seem over built. This thing feels like an army vehicle, it’s built that well.. but if you want to speed. The thing is kind of like a motorcycle..These are not great for assisted peddling, they work best just hitting the throttle and go electric.Into the wind it can still pull 25 mph and I think that differentiates this bike from the pack.Bigger motor, more amps equal more speed.

I received this product 6 days after it was ordered which was a day earlier than expected. The box arrived in perfect shape and was well packaged inside. There were shipping straps on the box, foam on every part and it made the journey without a scratch. The bike is heavy but that was expected per the specs. Because of its weight, removing it from the box is a chore. I opted to cut the side of the box so I wouldn’t have to lift it out. I took each of the parts out and assembled it in about 15-20 minutes. I had watched the video several times while waiting for the bike and felt like it was pretty straightforward. While I was assembling the bike I put the battery on the charger. It took about 3 hours to get to full charge. It was raining as I built it so allowing it to charge didn’t drive me crazy — I couldn’t ride it until the rain stopped. After it was fully charged and the rain let up, I took it for a ride, going about 5 miles on a bike path near my home. Everything worked perfectly. The bike has plenty of power. Although it’s mostly flat where I live, there are a few hills and it made it through them with no problem. I’m about 250 lbs and it had no trouble moving me along. Under PAS 1 I went about 13.5 mph, 18.5 in PAS 2 and over 20 in PAS 3. I only put it in PAS 5 for a minute on flat open road and it reached 30 MPH. The suspension was nice, both on the front end and the seat. I upgraded the seat to the Bluewind wide seat and it’s like being on a padded barstool. My 5 mile ride resulted in no discomfort. The seat is installed on the original bracket allowing for it to flip up for battery removal. I worked through the gears, tested the brakes and everything else on the bike and it performed flawlessly. I ordered it when they offered a 20A battery in July and was concerned when the changed the description a few days later that it would arrive with the 18A battery. Well, the battery is stamped 20A and after 25 miles of riding in PAS 1 and 2 with 90 percent showing on the battery indicator I believe it. Under throttle it performs as expected. I use it to get going quickly but switch to peddle assist almost immediately. The most surprising thing for me about the bike is the quality of the build. It is rock solid, no noises or squeaks, works perfectly and looks great. For the price of this bike, I’m thrilled with it. I’m sure that much can go wrong when shipping a bike halfway around the world. It didn’t and I’m happy about that. Likewise, the factory where the bike is made is less well known than other brands and I was apprehensive about getting a lemon and having no support. Fortunately that didn’t happen. I looked at bikes costing twice the price and the quality of this bike is equal to or exceeds those. I recommend the bike without reservation.

The euybike arrived in 4 days from order. The packaging was thorough and there was no damage when I unpacked them. Outstanding quality, great value for the money. Let me tell you about what makes this bike special. Every detail of the design has been well thought out and executed in the production of the bike. The bike components, construction, fit and finish are first rate for a bike at this price. It’s the attention to detail that shines through, from intergrated alloy wheel-Bearing rotation structure and alloy wheels provide greater shock absorption, stability and hardness. front and rear lights, adjustable seat and handle bar, shocks,750W motor and 48V removable battery, they put a lot of effort into making the electric bike a really nice upgrade from the already impressive. I now have ridden 63 miles on my fat tire electric bike and the bike catches everyone’s eye. and I’ve gotten up to 30 mph into the wind along the beach and climb long hills without any problem. Bike has plenty of power, so much so that I reprogrammed it to 5 pedal assist settings from the factory default 3, easy to customize the Pedal Assist for your speed preferences. My arthritic knees prevented me from cycling during the past few years but I’m able to ride again and climb hills and get that extra push when the ride gets challenging. UPDATE: The fat tires electric bike also make for a more stable and softer ride on gravel trails. This style of bike provides us the ability to ride on more than just pavement. I’ve now logged over 130 miles on the electric bike and it only gets better. Ride is smooth and quiet on roads and it eats up trails with ease. Fully charged and the bike gets close to the max speed of 30 mph. Handles with confidence and continues to draw compliments wherever I go. Finally used the headlight and was surprised at how well it lite the roadway at night. The horn is loud enough to be heard without sounding cheap or tinny, people get out the way. My only caution is that the bike is heavy and folding isn’t a snap. Once folded, it ain’t easy to lift and put into your vehicle. Still going strong and great fun to ride. I'm so happy with this bike. Get you one of these now I would highly recommend it.

I bought this bike and rode it 16 miles for the first time today. I am very impressed, it is a solid well made bike and is extremely quick/fast. Putting it together was easy. There was one fastener for the headlight missing, I found a bolt and nut in my stuff that works fine. The front tire was a little difficult to mount. The bike is heavy enough that it was hard to lift the front end of the bike and line up the brakes washers and nuts all at the same time. In peddle assist level 1 , I found my speed around 13 to 14 mph, in level 2 17 to 18 mph and level 3 21 to 22 mph. I never used level 4 or 5 but I would assume they would be very quick. It does take a little getting used too when in peddle assist because when you push on the peddle it jumps forward quickly at the speed for that level. Once you get used to it you can adjust, but the first couple times it takes off that fast it is a real surprise. I went 16 miles and the battery was down to 43% so it looks to me that I will only get in the mid 20 mile range on a fully charged battery. Not even close to the 50 to 80 advertised. Bike is well made, comfortable and fast, very positive. I give it 4 stars because of the missing part and range of the battery. Also although the battery has a off feature the bike turned on and was ridable with the battery supposedly off.

The first thing that impressed me was the power. As a motorcycle rider, and this being an Ebike, I was surprised at the response and torque from something small and approximately 65 Lbs. It is also very manageable with 5 electric speeds. Pedal Assist mode kicks in within a single revolution of the pedals. As I have it for two weeks now, it seems stable and rugged enough for the urban jungle. The EUY is fatter, built more robust than other 20" fat tire models. The frame is more solid the wheels are cast not laced. Look at the luggage racks too. The EUY is approximately 1/2" (13mm) tubular design with excellent surface area and attachment points. The price was a far better value with 48V 750W motor and 18AH battery, than any others I compared to. Time will tell on longevity of course and I have not tested the limits of the battery yet. I do have a 5 mile round trip destination I make regularly, and get to open it up and push it as fast as it will go, being so short of a distance. Yes! I broke 30.4 MPH regularly and I weigh 180 Lbs. For my height (5'8") I find the bike size very comfortable and a relaxed riding position. I wanted the folding bike for easy transport and fat tires for multiple terrain. I think the EUY is an Exceptional value in price for performance, and very happy with the bike. Great Job on this product!!!

**Theft Warning** this bike is a huge theft risk!! Just realized you can totally start and drive the bike (full throttle access) without the key. WTF??!! This thing can easily be taken if ever not we’ll locked or someone can cut the lock and use the bike without the key no problem. Not for urban environments. Really wanted to love this bike as it looks great, comes with a big battery and beefy tires, but this bike has a major flaw in the design of the battery connection. Most of these bikes connect to the battery with a additional cord or a contact terminal. This bike had the latter on the bottom of the battery. Unfortunately it’s placement allows for the battery to suck in debris when riding on dirt or sand and can cause the electronics to stop working. Took me 2 days to figure out what was going on and get the bike to start again. Also the bike has been having issues with the throttle resulting in very delayed throttle response. Sometimes the bike won’t even go with the throttle fully open. You have to start pedaling to get it going again. Other than that the tires and battery life are great. The center bar on the frame is VERY HIGH. Im 6’3” and i struggled to get my leg over the bike every time!! At the end of the day we are wanting to return this bike and waiting for the seller to provide a solution.

Its a nice bike Ive had it for a few months. Lucky to get 10 miles to a charge. First ebike I’ve ever had. I put my wife on the front and rode on the rack. It ran beautifully a-lot of fun. Just don’t by into the hype of how many miles you will get. Its easy to pedal if you run out of juice. It feels like a ten speed mountain bike. in fact if you don't look down and start riding it with the motor off You will swear your on a mountain bike. When it comes to folding and picking it up thats no fun. Folds easy and quickly. Picking it up. Ive blew out my back And messed up my hip on different occasions so It will fit in small spaces but all the weight is in the motor side and you can hurt yourself. Easily Be careful im in my 40s and im fit and i got hurt. 3 times so far. Just folding it I would not recommend this to someone who has a disability Or a senior who wants to fold it. If you want to just ride and not fold then its great. But you can hurt yourself folding it and putting it in your car

UPDATE - I still love my bikes, but not so much EUY customer support. Took my bike on a trip to Bryce Canyon. On the way, somehow the latch to the handle bar stem fell off. I had to make a temporary solution so as not to ruin my vacation before it started. Got back home and contacted support to see if I could purchase a replacement part (just the latch on the front that holds the stem together) as my bikes are past the warranty. EUY customer service was completely unhelpful. It didn't seem like they even bothered to lift a finger to try and help. They told me the part was "out of stock" even though they continue to sell bikes WITH THAT PART! Had to drop one star from my review as a part fell off and drop a second star for the poor customer service. These guys don't seem very customer focused to me. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next bike(s). [Original Post] I bought a pair of these bikes for a recent road trip. It's nice that these bikes fold up, but they're very heavy. It took both me and my wife to get them in and out of our van (lest I throw out my back). They're definitely well built and they're a blast to ride. However, if you're camping in your van, you'll definitely want to get a good sturdy rack for the back of the van so you don't have to move bikes in and out every night/morning. We took these to Zion and rode from the visitor center to the Temple of Sinawava. It was such a fun ride - I didn't even realize we were riding up hill! The tires and suspension are great for off road riding as well (which I found out when I accidentally went off the road when looking behind me to see how far back my wife was). The only modification that I would make would be to put a plastic protector on the side of the rack where the front touches when you fold the bike - the front has a tendency to wear through the powder coating on the rack if you travel with the bikes folded up as they rub. Looking forward to many adventures on our bikes.
