I received parts that I had no idea what to do with and that the instructions didn't mention. I got the non-A frame version. I was expecting a couple of round rubber feet as shown in the product page, but it actually comes with a a piece of rectangular tubing that you're supposed to hammer into the slit at the bottom of the legs. Not very intuitive because there are a couple of very hard plastic bits halfway up the slit of the legs that keep the tubing from sliding more than halfway in. They felt very solid. The company confirmed that you're supposed to knock those out, so I did, but it took some torquing with a wrench and some hard chiseling with a screwdriver and a hammer. Again, not intuitive. (One end of the tubing I received was a little crushed and misshapen, too.) Once I got the tubing in there, the holes didn't line up between the ladder legs and the tubing. I was able to bolt down one side but not both. The tubing is snug and not gonna pop out, but the misaligned holes are an egregious manufacturing defect. The bottom of the tray has a piece that's designed to spread open and clamp onto a ladder rung. Problem is that it's way too narrow and the material is way too hard. I couldn't make it happen with just my bare hands, so I ended up tossing the tray altogether as it wasn't practical. It also came with a couple of casters. No idea why, but it was apparent I wouldn't need them, so I tossed them as well. All in all, there are lots of weird things about the accessories that'll make you scratch your head, but the ladder itself seems to do the job. It's pretty light. I'm keeping it but I can't say I'm really happy about it.

I give it a high mark because all the flaws are minimal for my usage patterns, and the benefits outweigh them. It's really compact and can be stored easily. Okay, maybe not "under the table," but it takes up much less space than even the three-step ladder I used for other tasks. At the same time, it extends to 12.5 feet and holds my weight (at least 200 pounds and counting). I cleaned all the gutters around the house, trimmed some tree branches, and did a few other tasks without ever feeling any stability issues. It extends so quickly, you can show it off to your friends. You can also unfold it quickly, but it's not recommended. I follow the instructions after slightly hurting my finger once. The feet are stable. Of course, it's slightly more wobbly compared to solid frame ladders, but that's expected, and there's not much friction. The only issue is when I washed it after use and a few days later overran it - water came out. There are no drainage holes in it, so water can get inside, which is probably not good in the long run. Knowing this, you can turn it upside down after cleaning, but it's something to improve. Otherwise, highly recommended!

This ladder is short and stout. The measurements from the pictures are accurate at 33" x 19 when it is collapsed and weighed about 24lbs for me. This is a perfect ladder for someone who does not have a lot of storage space as it easily fits about any where. The nice thing is that it is adjustable, so you can extend it to the height you need. I was able to extend it fully and get on top of my roof without any issues. It didn't slide or slip. The rubber feet are tapered and so you will want to ensure that they are aligned for the direction of the slope you want before you extend the ladder. Collapsing the ladder is easy, as you just push both buttons inward for each rung at the same time and watch your fingers as gravity may be faster than your reaction if you are not careful. Once collapsed the strap holds it in place so you can transport it without it extending accidentally. Overall, this has been a great ladder for us.

This ladder genuinely suprised me with its versatility and very secure design. There is no shake or wobble in the ladder past acceptable amounts and the locks work absolutely amazing to hold everyrhing In place. The collapsing design originally had me hesitant until I started using it and now I've realize how useful it is. This is definately one of those things you look at and think "that will never work" but I'm here to tell you it does. If I had to find one downside it's that the unused rungs, at least with how I'm using it, are all piled up on the bottom making the first step slightly difficult.

Wow I can’t believe how compact this ladder is. It is adjustable and can go 15.5 feet tall. I was worried how sturdy it would be, but it is very solid and durable. I love it bc it barely takes up any room to store it. It also comes w a bonus pair of gloves.

Rubber foot kept falling off cause it was too big for the actual part it attaches to. Clip with strap that hold the latter is very poorly made. Had to buy a clip and strap. Def wouldn't recommend this name brand. Over does the job but I'm sure their better quality
