I bought this dehumidifier for my basement and absolutely love it! From day one it’s made a huge difference — the humidity dropped quickly and the musty smell is gone. The smart humidity control and three operation modes (DEHU, DRY, CONT) make it super flexible whether I want to maintain a set level or dry laundry faster. Setup was a breeze — plug it in, choose your mode, and go. The built-in drain hose option is fantastic because I don’t have to stop halfway through the day to empty a tank. I’ve been running this constantly and it keeps my space comfortable without much effort on my part. It’s also quieter than expected. I am happy with the performance and overall quality of this dehumidifier. As soon as I started using it in my bathroom, I immediately noticed the difference and efficiency of improving my living environment. I have not seen any excess moisture on the walls and wooden furniture which is great news for me and provides me with peace of mind knowing that it will no longer be an ideal feeding ground for mold and mildew. The dehumidifier features adjustable humidity control as well as a very quiet fan while it is operating. It also features the ability to shut off automatically which is nice in case I forget and leave it running. After using it daily for a few weeks, I have found that this has been a nice solution to prevent long term damage. It has also helped with reducing my allergies and I feel much better due to the improved air quality.

Would have given 5 star but we had issues with the first unit. But after my original review, they reached out and sent me a new unit. The first one was great for 5mo but then had issue with reading humidity levels correctly and didn’t always shut off at set level. They did send a part and that didn’t resolve the issue. The fact they saw the initial review and made it right, means a lot!! So far the new one is working great!

I couldn’t be happier with this 2500 sq. Ft dehumidifier. I sleep in a room that has an attic in it and is an add on to a mobile home. Which means it is not insulated, or if it is it is not insulated very well. So it gets very humid in there during the summer. This 2500 sq. Ft dehumidifier was perfect to help get the moisture out of the room. Within just a few hours of having it running the room felt so much better. The air did not feel as heavy. The set up was super super simple. All I had to do was plug it in. You set what you want your humidity level to be. It is actually very very quiet for a big dehumidifier. I was not expecting it to be so quiet and was so happy that it was because my husband sleeps during the day. He had no complaints with it running while he was sleeping. Which is a major plus for us. If you or anyone has to sleep during the day and need a dehumidifier I highly recommend this one. The drainage system was also very easy, I tried out the tank. It was very easy to empty have no complaints there. I prefer the hose because therefore it is draining all of the time. Instead of having to empty the tank so often. Both are very easy to do. But I just put the hose out the window and let it drain outside. It was very handy. One of the easiest ones I’ve ever had to use. Using this thing was very easy, it was very easy to figure out. The controls are not hard at all. It took me no time to have it figured out. If you are not very tech savvy I highly recommend you getting this 2500 sq. Ft dehumidifier. Like I said it is very easy to figure out. It will take you no time to get the hang of it. It is very nice that it is so easy! I’m so glad I made this purchase. It was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I highly recommend you make this purchase too! It helped the area smell better and the air feel so much lighter. From going to musty smelling, wet, heavy air. To this was such a good feeling. I wish I had gotten it sooner! But am so glad that I did now. If you have a room/basement, or a big area in your house. That is not insulated very well, or just so humid all of the time. This will be a game changer for you. It has helped me and my husband get such better sleep. Instead of being hot and sweating all day/night. It has helped us sleep so much more comfortably. And all through the night. You don’t have to leave it on all of the time, you can leave it on for however long you want to. I left it on during the day and then turned it on at night. That was the perfect amount of time for me. It made the room feel so much better. Though it is a bigger dehumidifier, but it is not to hard to store. It it honestly the perfect size. It probably will not be as much used as we get into the fall and winter season. So it is easy to store away. Right now I have it in a corner of my room when I am not using it, then when I am I set it in the middle of the room and the hose that it comes with is just the right length to reach the window to drain. I also very much love how energy efficient it is. I had it running all day for about few days and didn’t notice much change in my electric bill. If you are looking for a very good energy efficient 2500 sq. Ft dehumidifier this is the one for you. I was very surprised with how great it really is. For the price you are paying it is amazing. Highly recommend it. This dehumidifier is also very powerful. I was able to set it in the middle of our living room, that also has an open dining room and kitchen connected. And it still did an amazing job. So like I have said if you are looking for an energy efficient, powerful, easy to use dehumidifier, this is the one for you. Get it while you can! I am sure it will go so fast for how good of a price it is. I would definitely buy again, and recommend to everyone!!
